Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Use delaying tactics when you have told them item doesn't fit. Then instead of giving you you the return address for a refund they then offer you either a 60% or 40% refund if you keep the garment! Why would anyone want to keep a garment that doesn't fit!!! My complaint is now over 4 days and still no return details!!!

I have had an excellent customer…

I have had an excellent customer service experience from a member of staff called Tunis. I left a message regarding a faulty item I had purchased late in the evening and the following morning I had a response. Tunis kept me updated throughout the day and although the item is no longer in stock I will be provided with a refund. Excellent thank you Tunis you are a credit to your company.
