Refunds are a complete faff

Refunds are a complete faff! Received damaged/poor quality drawers and I had to send endless photos of proof and proof I’d repackaged. Took endless nagging by phone/email and a week to arrange for them to be collected. Now been told I have to wait up to 14 working days for a refund. So basically Daals will keep my money for a month despite the product being faulty. I haven’t received my refund as of yet. It’s the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time- it took Next just 3 days without hesitation to sort a faulty product (note in response to Daahls comment below it was a double bed Next replaced, not a smaller product).

Thank you for your review.

I appreciate your frustration, but I’d like to clarify why our process works as it does. For any faulty items, we require photos and for products to be repackaged to ensure they can be safely collected and assessed. Once collected, refunds can take up to 14 working days, which is standard practice in the furniture industry due to the size and handling involved.

I understand that larger items take longer to resolve than smaller parcels from retailers like Next, but please be assured your refund is being processed as quickly as possible, and our team has followed procedure to ensure everything is handled correctly.

Had a Tonie box for over a year which…

Had a Tonie box for over a year which my son absolutely loved. It developed a fault and without hesitation Tonies offered a replacement! They were very helpful in trying to troubleshoot the problems. It is by far the best customer service I’ve received and the easiest team to deal with. My son adores his Tonies.

Would give 0 stars

My partner ordered our son a bed 7-8 weeks ago. The website stated delivery in 5 days. We have had three different delivery dates given due to ‘delays’. We’ve now asked for a refund and are being ignored. Going through our bank to now try and claim a refund.

Looked a little into the company (the address it is registered to) on the gov. Website and it has overdue accounts. I’m presuming they’ve just taken our money and never had any intention of delivering the bed!

I was so excited when my fox 3 arrived

I was so excited when my fox 3 arrived, however, the misty white sun canopy is definitely grey. I’ve submitted MANY online queries to check I’ve received the right product and had no response. I’ve tried Instagram direct messaging- they said they’d try get someone to get back to me. Again, never heard back. Tried the phone line only for it to say everyone was busy and hang up on me after 30 minutes of being on hold.

Bugaboo really are impossible to contact and I wish I’d ordered a different product because of this.

The drivers are liars

The drivers are liars. Say they’ve called and you “weren’t in” but in reality they probably can’t be bothered going up to a third floor flat. I’ve sat in all day and my doorbell certainly hasn’t rang. Instead, they deliver to a parcel shop and force a pregnant woman to walk 45 minutes to collect her parcel!

ASOS need to use a different delivery service!!!

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. My parcel was left by Hermes in an unsafe place (when I was at home) and stolen: nowhere on my delivery details did it say to do anything but deliver directly to me. Contacted customer services for support (took ages to get through) and still waiting for a response. This was an expensive parcel so I’m really upset by their lack of help!!!

Disgusting customer service

Devastated! Sent back my dress and had no update on my exchange. Emailed to ask about it because it had taken so long and got the standard it takes 15 days reply. When I said it had been much longer and asked for a refund instead they stopped responding. No one is willing to investigate where my refund/item is and they are ignoring my emails. It’s devastating as £80 is a lot of money to loose in today’s climate. I will never shop with them again.

I booked knowing if I gave 30 days…

I booked knowing if I gave 30 days notice I could cancel. I have sent two emails and have had no confirmation of cancellation. If you click the contact us link online, it takes you to the home page- no phone number.
Disgusted as they have my deposit and I am likely to pay for rent when the space isn’t suitable!

I've taken a look and can see that the first email received was on Tuesday, 30th April.

Please do note that 30 days notice is required by either the Driver or Space Owner and is enforced in order to be fair to either party.

Your deposit is still currently retained until vacancy of the space, at which time it is returned to you as is done with every booking on the YourParkingSpace platform.

I can see that in response to your complaint, Sam has requested a copy of the sent emails, which can be located in the "sent" mailbox. If you can provide this to us, it will enable me to assist you further.

I do hope that we can make your future bookings worthy of a full 5-stars!
