Refunds are a complete faff
Refunds are a complete faff! Received damaged/poor quality drawers and I had to send endless photos of proof and proof I’d repackaged. Took endless nagging by phone/email and a week to arrange for them to be collected. Now been told I have to wait up to 14 working days for a refund. So basically Daals will keep my money for a month despite the product being faulty. I haven’t received my refund as of yet. It’s the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time- it took Next just 3 days without hesitation to sort a faulty product (note in response to Daahls comment below it was a double bed Next replaced, not a smaller product).
