Wrong item shipped and no response

I received wrong item. Very disappointed. It took me lot of time to report it via the website. Its been 3 days and i have no response from Hardloop. I ordered gloves and received a jacket. Voila

Scam

Do not fall for this website. They advertise a room at the price but charge extra fees after . You never know how much you pay until you finish the booking. Stay away from this scamming

Berlin Potsdamer Platz.

Berlin Potsdamer Platz.

The room -200 eur per night has no ventilation at hight. Why? Because the ventilation is used in common spaces. Cooling turns on only when temperature its over 25 C. This means is hot and stuffy inside. We could nit sleep. They offered us portable ventilation which made noise all night. Its simple as that. Green deal!

Our previous stay in February 2 years ago was great and I wanted to treat myself to the same experience… but no, don’t go there when us warm in Berlin.

I found the teachers and the school…

I found the teachers and the school outstanding. I feel much more at ease speaking German. My stay in Berlin would have been better however if the accommodation met my expectations. I stayed in quite expensive private residence. On the long weekend the toilet broke and I was left for the consecutive 2 more days witout one. Option was to go 1 floor up … the assistance from the organization was zero and as compensation i was offered food vouchers fir lunch at a chain restaurant or supermarket. As a result i moved to hotel and my stay was tainted with this unpleasant experience.

The order got lost and no way to contact the company. I keep getting automatic reply since 1,5 month. I strongly advice to abstain from this company
