Great clothes but poor service
Great clothes, but return has not been refunded (I have allowed two weeks after delivery) and I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company to progress.

Another prescription, more problems.
An item was received damaged, but no replacement offered up by customer service - reply was essentially tough luck.
Also my pack of 28 tablets was delivered as 8 different scraps / ends of packs, some of which had broken blister packs resealed with sticky labels.
Given the above, I don't have much confidence in the Pharmacists abilities that supervise this operation.
Interestingly distance selling regulations don't apply to NHS prescriptions, so you are stuffed when things go wrong. Customer service do not resolve and you have no statutory rights.
Avoid.
Update 26 June. Via an exchange of 8 emails on the damaged item, the outcome is for me to ask my GP for a fresh prescription, rather than Pharmacy 2 U replacing the damaged item. Funny as that that means they earn another dispensing fee from the NHS. The item in question is not a prescription only medicine, so they could easily use discretion to replace the item.

Tried Pharmacy 2u instead of my usual local pharmacy for my repeat prescription. Many negatives to report.
Although I placed the order via Pharmacy 2u I still had to also request via my GP, so that delayed everything a few days.
Delivery took two weeks from initial order - so very slow.
I have receive several messages to make an appointment to discuss my "new medication" despite it being a repeat of my previous.
I am prescribed an off-label dose of a common medication - rather than the pharmacy speaking to the prescriber or me, they just send a disclaimer via email to keep them off the hook.
Reminder to order my next repeat received only two weeks after requesting 8 weeks of medication.
All in all their communication leaves much to be desired and I have severe doubts about the abilities of the behind the scenes pharmacists to deliver a safe and effective service.

Good experience - order was delivered from available stock and received next day - which is good considering my prescription is for a toric lens with unusual axis/cylinder parameters.

Been an Ocado customer for years, but I have noticed over the past year many items are either out of stock or substituted on my orders. For instance my last order had 7 substitutions.
Not sure if this is a consequence of the change to M&S, Brexit or COVID, but it is getting very annoying and certainly was not the case during 2020 or earlier.
The option to elect to not accept a substitute was removed at the start of COVID, and has not be reinstated. I previously elected for no substitutes on many items in my order, as I would generally prefer to receive no substitute than a poorer quality one.
Overall a slide into the mediocre for a once highly esteemed champion of good service. Just look at the other reviews to get a sense of where Ocado have ended up. My loyalty is with Waitrose now.

Awful company. Last year I placed several orders which were all problematic. However I gave them the benefit of the doubt and attributed that to COVID.
Fast forward to a new year and I thought I would give them a second chance and try a small order. Big mistake - same old crap from T&M. Order due in 21 days and still nothing after 5 weeks, and no updates. I suspect these will be in a very poor state when received.
I am sticking with J Parker’s going forward who are excellent.

Superb products and excellent service. They have won me over as a repeat customer because of this. I have returned perhaps 1 in 5 of my ordered products over the years, and always dealt with promptly.
Keep up the good work - this is how to do service, British companies take note, these guys are not blaming everything on COVID.

Very pleased with products from these guys - although lead times can be long they always deliver within the window and products are consistently good quality.

Placed an order for £200 of items for urgent delivery using named day service. Urgent as wanted to get a planting project completed well before the frosts arrive, hence why I chose crocus for their 3-5 day lead time.
2/3 parcels received, largest one lost by courier or not dispatched. Issue very slow to be resolved, so here we are a week later and still no plants to complete job. In fact replacements still not dispatched and one item now out of stock.
Given their high price point but lack of service, I am going to stick with JParker’s in the future - lead times are longer but they are much more reliable and cheaper.

Usually great products, but customer service stinks. Email, web chat or phone, just don’t bother as you won’t get through to anyone for a resolution. I have obtained a refund via American Express as product was faulty and Jo Malone are obfuscating statutory rights.
If you are thinking of buying something online, use your credit card for this protection. Or go to Molton Brown instead.
EDIT: I got a response from customer services, but still no sample.
Just a reminder that they prominently promote samples on their website....
"A Gift From Us, Try a little something new. Choose a complimentary scented sample at checkout with your next online order. A little treat just for you."
Remember they would not accept the order if you were £1 short.....

Nice enough shirts, but If you dig into the size guide you will realise their Mayfair Classic fit (which I took to be 'regular') are a similar sizing to other shirt shop slim fits.
I made the mistake of washing and wearing before realising this, and now have an expensive mistake to throw away.

Smooth transaction. Funds were received one day after receipt by Mazuma, but Mazuma did call to manage expectations on this front, so no problem there.
My only minor criticisms this time around were in relation to the apple watch I was selling. There is no clear instruction to include the strap and I only found this out by calling Mazuma before hand. In addition the pricing does not differ for 'higher' models (e.g. with the stainless steel strap).
I would use again.

Ordering was a smooth process and the courier used (DPD) allowed for plenty of alternatives to date/time/location of delivery. Good choice on Falk's side.
Very happy with my purchases which are a dream to use. The quality is excellent and the package was very well packaged. It did surprise me that another reviewer commented negatively on how heavy the items were, when the weight is clearly stated and to me is a plus!
I had considered purchasing Mauviel cookware from Divertimenti/Steamer trading and two weeks later have only just heard back from them confirming the equivalent items are special order from France. Contrast this with Neil's excellent pre-sales support and I will not be recommending anything or anyone else.
My first dish using my new 28cm Rondeau was pan-fried gammon with a Mango and pineapple salsa. The steaks browned nicely, and left a great fond in the pan which was very easy to lift with dry vermouth to form a base for the sauce.
Finally, the prices speak for themselves. Equivalent De Buyer, Bourgeat or Mauviel items are much more expensive, and often for thinner gauge cookware.
I will certainly be buying more pieces in the future - just have to save up some pennies first!
