Ignored emails

I ordered a wine pitcher from them for my wife's birthday and they sent the wrong type which is priced 57 kroner less than the one I paid for. They have ignored my emails about this.

Great customer service.

I ordered a leather apron and the color was faded. I wrote to their customer service and they sent a new one right away without even asking to send another one back. Great customer service. Wish there would be more companies like this one. 10/10.

Pricestar is an excellent company

Pricestar is an excellent company. I ordered a pot and a non-stick pan from them. Both products arrived in perfect condition. I was hesitant in ordering from them because, generally, you don't know if the product will have scratches from sitting around in the warehouse.
