On 15May i placed my order paying by mobilpay.After 1week ive receive an email from them "if i don t pay for the order will be automatic canceled".After i send them profe of pay they said ok we send the item tomorrow,no excuses no nothing.That was on 21.05,today 28.05 o receive an email that the goods was send by dao but not scanned yet and i can track it after 2-4 days,so another 2 weeks.Thats just shameles and i advice you not to,even if you will pay 100kr more on other providers.

No responsibility for defective part
Sold a defective Makita concrete drill bit that broke immediately on first use. I wrote to their customer service thinking they would send a replacement, but received a response that Verkter doesn’t offer any guarantee on accessories for tools. They also stated that I should use the bit for its intended purpose. As I was drilling in concrete, I’m quite certain I was using it as Makita intended, but I suppose this is Verkter’s way of avoiding their obligations under the Sale of Goods Act for what is an obvious construction failure.
The other items in the order were all well functioning as described, and also arrived a week earlier than I was expecting based on the dates on Verkter.dk, so all good there.
They offered a 5% discount as compensation. Still, I won’t order from them again. This time it was a 75 kr. drill bit, but it could just as well have been a higher priced item.
UPDATE (2025-01-07): Wrote to Makita Denmark on the topic, who stated that Verkter.dk is a parallel importer. This means that Makita Denmark cannot offer any sort of warranty on the products sold here, nor does the Sale of Goods Act apply despite their Søborg address. So caveat emptor I suppose. =)

You are correct that spare parts and accessories, such as drills, are not covered under warranty. The warranty applies to tools, not accessories.
Regarding the drill you purchased, we received the photo showing it snapped in two. This typically occurs when excessive force is applied during use.
