We placed an order at the beginning of January, and almost three weeks later, we have still received nothing. At the time of purchase, there was no clear warning about long delivery times. Since then, the communication has been appalling. They casually mentioned "moving warehouses" in one email, but otherwise, we have been kept in the dark.
When we call, they are hardly apologetic and still cannot tell us when our goods will leave. To make matters worse, we aren't even allowed to cancel the order. In an age where information flows freely, Lomax acts like they are stuck in the past. Avoid if you need your items on time.

Honestly, so far this experience has been terrible.
I ordered two electric ATVs as Christmas gifts. Initially, only one ATV arrived because they forgot to ship the second one. I had to call customer service repeatedly, and each time I was told that the second ATV might not even arrive in time for Christmas. Fortunately, it eventually did arrive just before Christmas.
On Christmas Day, my children were very happy to open the two electric ATVs. Unfortunately, the excitement did not last long.
From the moment we started using them, it was immediately clear that, despite costing around 2,000 DKK each, the products are very poorly made and feel extremely cheap. Worse than that, both ATVs are defective.
One of the two does not charge at all. It does not matter what the instructions say about charging for 4–5 hours to get 1–2 hours of playtime: this ATV barely charges, and as soon as you try to turn it on, it immediately asks to be put back on charge. It is completely unusable.
The second ATV does charge, but only partially. Even if left charging all day (we have tried leaving it plugged in for more than 15 hours), it only reaches about half charge. It can be used for roughly 5 minutes before shutting down.
At this point, we have spent 4,000 DKK and neither of the two ATVs we ordered actually works.
I have opened a claim and I sincerely hope to receive a full refund. If this situation is resolved properly, I will update this review accordingly.

We keep having our orderes delivered with products missing inside, although the papers that come with the order are saying otherwise.
This is frustrating.

I placed an order on the 18th of April. Expected delivery was 30th of June. Today is 30th of June, and after waiting a month and a half I still haven't received my order. I reached out to them and they said it will be delivered "around" 4th of June. Right after that I received an email saying that "Forventet levering" is 03-01-2051 and I have no idea what to make of that.
Overall my experience with this retailer has been a extremely poor. The only positive thing I can say about them is responding to enquiries relatively quickly. But all in all I am very disappointed and won't shop here again
