Happy with service

Call was answered promptly by Johnny who was pleasant and helpful. I had done my “homework “ prior to calling so knew which seats I wanted but as they were expensive Johnny suggested possible swap to cheaper ones. Although I did not take the offer another person may have been happy to do so to save some money. Process was simple and straightforward and e-tickets delivered virtually immediately. They were correct. Happy with service - hopefully no problems prior to or on the day! Thank you Johnny.

Just don’t- I will not be returning

Waited long time to be taken despite arriving on time then young lady could not get equipment to work- any of it! Had to get help from 3 different people all of whom had problems with equipment. Asked if they could not use another machine - no as these were only ones “working “! Still not convinced they actually did a competent job.
Optician wouldn’t put drops in as I was driving so asked me to phone back in January for an appointment solely to get drops put in which I duly did. Was told that they would have to consult with optician as they didn’t think they could do that - what?! Was made to feel that I was lying. As optician very part time had to wait nearly a week for her to be in shop but was assured that it had been put in her tasks as high priority and someone would phone me back. After a week of waiting I realised that they were not going to bother so I called again and repeated myself. Woman who answered put me on hold to consult with colleagues then came on to tell me that they could do nothing until had consulted with optician - they would put it in as a high priority task for when she was next in - exactly what I had been told two weeks before! When I pointed this out response was that there was nothing in my notes to say that - definitely called me a liar! I think they don’t want me back as I have had lens replacement so don’t need glasses any longer so they can’t sell me any of their overpriced specs. No profit in me now. Have no idea if they will ever call me back/give me an appointment but I will definitely not be going back to Boots Reform Street Dundee. My advice - choose a real optician with staff who know what they are doing machines that work and people who value their customers.

Would give them no stars if possible

Would give them no stars if possible. Have had an issue - should be simple to resolve - since May when a tenant moved out which despite speaking to four different people is still an issue. Thought it was fine in May and according to Lavender it was sorted. Problem reappeared when house was sold and I cannot get any assistance. Have been bounced between sections - just keep saying they will put me through to someone else but no one ever answers. Have sat on the phone for 45 minutes at a time then just given up. They have no call back facility.
Have put in Two complaints on their online complaints form but no response to date - up to five days before they respond!? Absolutely frustrating.
Have also asked them to remove their Speak to Us option ( first offered) on the Complaints Section as this has to be a joke!
