Paid for their next day delivery annual option and not once have their deliveries been on time, they usually turn up 3 days after purchase date. It’s really put me off buying from them in the future. Also their customer service doesn’t seem to care that parcels are consistently late.

Really bad returns and customer service! In summary, asos have a system where you get punished for sending items back, it never used to be this way and now I have anxiety everytime I shop worrying that if I send something back it will change my reward system and ease of shopping on the app. Customer service is run by robots so it’s so hard to speak to someone about returns or problems. I’ve been a loyal asos customer for years but in this last 12 months I’ve completely gone off them due to their money grabbing behaviour.

Did not clearly state that the items I was buying were not for exchanges or returns, so I am now left with two evening dresses that don’t fit. Annoying thing is theyre stocking their sale dresses on ASOS and it’s fine to return to them!!!! Awful experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Go to a store where they offer their customers choices when they’re not happy with their items!!!

Please be mindful that when shopping to the uk the “handling” fee is non refundable. So for example you make a £100 order, only keep one or two items you still have to pay £40 handling fee so your refund won’t be worth sending back in some cases!!!

BEWARE of returns!!! So Cider offer a free return service…great?! No. I ordered recently a big order from cider, unfortunately some items were not available to all be shipped together so cider shipped the order in TWO parcels. The first parcel arrived and nothing was of use but of course I couldn’t return anything as the other half of my order had not arrived yet….when it did I decided to start my return. Unfortunately as the order came in two separate packages I needed two return labels as the returns would not fit in one parcel. Cider refused and stated only label is allowed. I argued this and said if you the company has decided to split the order into TWO separate parcels then why am I the customer expected to fit it back in ONE parcel?!! The customer service agent advised me to “get a big box”. I explained that this is not acceptable and other reputable companies would have understood this!!! After my whole experience I would not shop at cider again.

AVOID!!! All good until you want a refund. The refund system with cloud nine is a shambles. Unlike ANY other company I’ve come across in modern times in order to get a refund you have to call the company to speak to someone about this. In my case i was not happy with the quality of the new model after a few weeks of use and wanted to return them. They “agreed” for me to send the item back (this is by using your own packaging and paying for your own postage FYI, you also have to include any “free gifts” you received😂 charming) they then contacted me to say my return amount would be deducted by 25% as it was not in the original box!!! I did not keep the box as I did not expect to return it! Overall I would never buy from this company again as it seems they are very happy to take your money but not happy to return it if you’re not happy with their products.

I’ve recently contacted them chasing my return/refund and they replied they are still working on august returns…it’s October next week! They’re quick enough to take your money but god forbid you actually want it back!!!!

AVOID! I booked for a collection and stayed in all day to make sure this was collected as I needed to send asap. My slot was 9-5 and after 5 I gave customer service a call, to try and get through to customer services is a nightmare! 20-30 minutes easy to get through to someone for them to tell me that “delivery had been attempted”. I explained it definitely hadn’t been as I’d been in all day. With the most uninterested tone the representative said ok, I’ll rebook it. I explained I would like to complain about the recent booking and she just again uninterestedly told me she’d “raise it”. Overall I would never book with parcelforce again.

I usually love using inpost 24/7 lockers as i work long shifts and it’s handy to either drop before work or after. Unfortunately there’s been a couple of times where the lockers have been full and I’ve not been able to drop off. It defeats the point of it being convenient if you have to keep checking the lockers before dropping them off!!!

Couldn’t make my original date to go to the lion king due to train strikes. I contacted Sunday evening to exchange to a different date 4 months away but requested the same seats as we had a booked a fantastic view of the stage. Within hours Jennifer from ATG contacted me and confirmed she had exchanged the tickets for a later date and the same seats were booked. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were as some ticket companies can be a bit obstructive about changing things. Thankyou so much!
