As an owner of a villa I would never advertise with this company again They charge astronomical fees. They do not even pay owners until days after a guest may arrive If a guest asks for money back due to them simply not turning up vrbo will not advise the guest of terms and conditions but leave owner to sort out issue..even though vrbo have yet to pay for guest stay Avoid as an owner and avoid as a guest. They are too expensive They charge both parties and that can add £ 300 plus to a stay. Alot of money Do your homework and deal directly with owners. Highway robbers
Each time we took items to local store the machine either broken or the evri bag was full..according to the staff I have now told all customers where possible to use different courier service.

Absolute joke! I went on the website to see nearest drop off shop to me. 4 shops i went to and all four said they didn't take relay even though showing on relay website. I get the feeling relay just post every shop in your area then you go from one to another. I had buyer cancel purchase then rebuild using in post! Avoid theyre not the best
Excellent service from.click and collect at service desk Edge Lane Liverpool. Place rammed and staff were so efficient even dealing qith people who were adamant they didnt want to wait in queue to pay like others. I dont know how staff stayed so composed. Customer serice was rammed with people who really wanted to jump the queue and pay for items..as to wait. Poor girl took so much abuse from some woman who didn't want to understand that the desk was for customers needing service. But hats off to girl.she was really patient with the customer. When dealing with us..fantastic sorted out order and guy put items in boot for me. Just customers need to realise those serving on these counters are human beings and not there to take unnecessary flack.
Took parcel.to local Tesco drop off.. machine saying no Internet see member of staff. Member of staff couldn't take item as qr code no bar code. Went home printed label off..took back couldn't take it as only qr code again.so have to go find another shop now. Total.pain on back side. Tesco wavertree high street have evri machine and whenever I go there the machine out of order or staff unable.to take anymore parcels.due to have g so many.

Wow..never again. When speaking to customer services they couldn't understand that I am.not unemployed..that I simply am a home maker! They maybe cheapest but their service was poor. Maybe just my experience Explained and issue we had ..nothing bad over and over ..simply old company had put husband down as deceased when policy came to end! So once sorted sent ncb to them and it was like interrogation. Never again

I never ever signed up for this company! It appears I ordered tickets for theatre via ticket website and somehow my time rewards were able to get my account info and charge me 15.00 per month for past 6 months Rang my bank who cancelled.my card and issuing new one. Also I went back Iver old emails to try and find their emails confirming I had signed up..no emails to be found. So please if using ticket master or any other middle man companies to purchase anything at all ensure this doesn't happen to you. No way would I sign up to pay a company to get me discounts on purchases..its a total scam. Now bank is investigating the fraud and my mkney will.be refunded. Even trying to log into the site requesting my username via my email address the site tells me they don't recognise my email address. So please be careful. I never ever had an email saying I had signed up..never after checking emails... even though you say I did. I only had 3 emails in June f4im you promoting your website..other than that nothing.

Was happy to sell stuff I said t use any more. Great when it works. But when selling brand new items..nothing wrong with them three times butyers have said something wrong with item even though perfect. So come off site as no back up from service dept. Always take buyers word. So When I sell again wil be photographing items for own peace of mind very closely. Always say buyer right when buyer is trying to get something expensive for nothing or has decided they don't like item.
We stipulate we take only family.bookings NOT bookings via travel agents who use travel.nest. But still we get agents trying to book and we have to cancel them It's annoying

THIS is my THIRD replacement Wandvac from.Shark...having returned one previously via costco warranty to the costco store. Will add now the wands I've had have been simply used for lightweight cleaning up..nothing at all heavy. It seems after 7 months the battery gives up. The wands do not hold their charge. You must take out warranty via email..a must. Then when the wand stops holding charge emails sent. Then then tell you to ring them. Hard if deaf! And they insist you ring then they speak with you via watts app video and see the issue. They are great at arranging return. But you then have to badger them for the actual replacement. Last replacement has taken 8 weeks. They really do need to sort out replacement issues..when faulty ones returned you shouldn't have to chase them up. But more than anything the wand should last more than 7 months...as it must be costing them to replace them. But when it works its fantastic..the wand. It's just for light weight use such as picking up crumbs from work yoos and stair cleaning..ours are wooden so just average use.
We actually bought bath furniture in June 2022 but due to unforseen events only just fitted it. I left review at time of delivery but feel need to update this. My son in law fitted everything ..qualified guy. We found when we went through boxes a few issues..nit easy bathrooms fault but fault at manufacturers end..simply items missing. Went into the Aintres store where they agreed an item we should have been told to purchase was missing so we paid for part there and then..delivery a week..scream!!! Also missing were some fittings plus edging. Again order had to be made. The guys at store went beyond their expectations. They actually located in their stores parts we required. So fitting done in one day. They could have just told us to wait delivery of parts..it was not their fault..just the manufacturer. But they searched out parts into and gave them to us in order fitting would be done smoothly. We simply cannot fault the after sales Carr and pre salea care we had. We now tell everybody to go to the Aintree store ..and if every we decide we want to do more work on other bathrooms..they will be our choice of store. As we say "credit where credit due". Really a let down. Signed into using my email and password..works fine for a few days then reports error at their end and working on issue. BBCiPlayer leaves this app in the shade. If bbc app works without issues surely itv app should be same..after all they're both coming via the same WiFi address I have.
