Adding teams to a player's infobox

When adding teams to a player's infobox please only include teams if they played for it on multiple occasions and you can verify it is a permanent formation. For example on the remix page I would advise caution when adding a team like hookahlike as it may have been a mix-team for one event, esepcailly as remix only played for them once.

Also, please don't use dates like this (2017-0?-??). In this situation it is preferable to narrow it down to a month or in the event that isn't possible just keep it as a year.

When you add birthdays for now on, can you please include a picture or the source of where you got them from? That would speed up the process of verifying them a lot.

Thanks for updating the Recon 5 page. Here are a few things to note for future edits though.

1. Please put a space between a period and the start of a ref. 2. For |title=, the title of the article must be the actual title of the article, not a summary of the changes.

Player Images

When uploading player pictures, never use the ones from HLTV as we have no permission for them. If it is from events where we have other pictures, please message the person who uploaded the other ones on Discord, so we can have a look at the galleries we have access to and correctly update the images to the ones where we have permissions. --Zaykor (talk) 23:35, 18 June 2021 (UTC)

Just so you know, country and country2 are only for nationality, so for 3arkooz, he would not have an American flag as he is not an American citizen.

Changing player alias history

Double Line Break and other things

Also, I wanted to ask where you managed to find dates for WasteOfAmmo as they are very precise for a region that generally does not have good sourcing. Did you manage to talk to him?

There is no misfit page existing and both of the players have an equal chance of becoming notable. The first player to reach the requirements will have a page created under misfit. Till then, there should be no additional link added

Moving player pages

When requesting that player pages be moved or deleted, please make sure they have a flag defined in every tournament they have played, as otherwise they will not have a flag on the teamcard.

Mongolian names

Hi! Great work on all the recent pages just wanted to let you know that when making Mongolian pages, Mongolian names are quite unique and they're written in the Asian order where it's "last name, first name" when written in the Mongolian Cyrillic. Additionally, they have a lot of unique grammatical structures that make it hard for non Mongolians to intuit correctly.

For example, clouden's Western name is Gereltod Jargal which one would assume would be flipped and translated into Жаргал Гэрэлтод, however one of our Mongolian editors suggests it should be Жаргалын Гэрэлт-Од. To be honest every time I make a Mongolian page I ask for help on the Discord, which I strongly recommend you do as well (and just to join it in general because its cool).
