Terrene Plane

The Terrene Plane is one of The Seven Planes. It is the plane on which most events of Dota 2 take place. It is also referred to as the Material Plane, the Physical Plane, or the Mortal Plane.[1]
The element of water is the essence of the material realm.[2]
Mercurial's Spectral Dagger casts a shadow over the Terrene Plane.[3]
Some species of wraiths love to consume the energies of the Terrene Plane, gaining ten times the power than they would from the energies of their own plane.[4]
Trivia
[edit]- Marc Laidlaw postulates that the Material Plane's importance in the global cosmology is not because of the Ancients, but simply as "this is the catch-all plane. This is where the metaphysical Tire hits the Road".[5]
