• This item is shown as a Team Item in the shop window when purchased by an ally.
  • If a Eul's Scepter of Divinity was purchased as well, Wind Waker's icon takes priority.

• The item's attributes grant the following additional stats:
• 420 mana, 1.75 mana regeneration and 3.5% flat base magic resistance.
• 35 main attack damage to heroes.
• 15.75 main attack damage to universal heroes.

• Stacks with all other movement speed bonuses.
• Purges first, then applies Cyclone modifier.

Cooldown Sharing

• ↓↓ Double-tapping automatically target self.

• Applies a basic dispel and Cyclone effect on the target upon cast, turning it invulnerable and fully disabled.
  • The Cyclone duration is not affected by status resistance.
  • If cast on self, silences, mutes, and disarms the caster, instead of fully disabling them.

• Cyclone first applies the dispel, then the cyclone modifier.

• While cycloned, the affected unit is moved upwards and has no collision.
  • However, a 24-radius pathing blocker is created at the base of the affected unit while active.

• The damage is applied at the end of the duration. If the cyclone gets dispelled, it still applies the damage as soon as the target lands.
  • The damage is only applied to enemy targets.
