Great response - Refund with an hour

I requested a subscription be cancelled…

I requested a subscription be cancelled and refunded due to dissatisfaction with the product purchased, the login was painless the transaction was immediately located and a simple message to the chatbot/online assistant and two clicks of a mouse was all that was necessary to complete the interaction. I received immediate e-mail confirmation of the successful completion of the request

I took a subscription by mistake on…

I took a subscription by mistake on ChatON, thinking it was Claude from Anthropic. I realized this a few days later and asked for a refund on paddle.com. I had to do with the automatic chatbot and believe it or not, he gave me a refund the second I asked him. It's the fastest refund I've ever had and it was done by artificial intelligence. Thank you, Paddle!
