Johnny Smith spent several hours assisting me with adding the eyezy to my target phone as it would stop connecting to my phone after reinstalling several times. So i updated my son to a new phone in june of 2025. I downloaded and linked his new phone as required multiple times and would be tracking then loose tracking and so on. I would try to relink and had a problem several times trying to get my sons phone link my phone in order to use my current subscription. I keep getting an error for transmitting. I finally connected with support after trying myself on many occasions and worked with Johnny Smith. I allowed him to access my son's phone and after a period of time he was able to get access restored. He worked diligently for several hours do to the installer app giving him many problems due to multiple antiviruses built into my son's phones from other apps and supports. Im am greatful for his knowledge as i am not tech savy and have tried and put this problem off for weeks after multiple try's. Johnny is for sure my most favorite person this year so far. Although the subscription was canceled and have been charging account continuions and no refund. And reading the reviews it's clear that all the response is contact technical support an AI generated response for help. We do not recommend this application.

Our experience with EyeZy has been extremely problematic.
Prior to purchasing, we clearly asked whether specific features were available on iPhone (iOS). EyeZy’s representatives confirmed in writing that advanced monitoring functions would be accessible, including social media monitoring and other enhanced features. Relying on these statements, we proceeded with the purchase.
After payment and setup, it became evident — and was later confirmed by their own technical support — that several of the promised features are not supported on iOS at all. These limitations were not transparently explained before the purchase.
When we requested a refund, it was refused based on internal policy, despite the fact that the issue was not related to installation or technical difficulties, but to incorrect information provided before the sale. Additionally, VAT was charged even though a valid EU VAT number had been supplied.
We were offered extensions and further assistance instead of a refund, which does not address the core issue.
This feedback reflects our documented experience and correspondence. We advise potential customers to carefully verify iOS compatibility claims before committing to a purchase.

We had a very disappointing experience with EyeZy.
Before purchasing, EyeZy representatives explicitly confirmed in writing that several advanced features would work on an iPhone (iOS), including full social media monitoring, screen recording, and access to microphone and camera. These confirmations directly led us to proceed with multiple payments.
After payment and installation, their technical team confirmed that many of these features are not available on iOS at all, regardless of setup or technical assistance. This was never clearly disclosed before purchase.
We requested a refund multiple times. The refund was refused, citing an internal refund policy, even though the issue was not technical, but related to misrepresentation of the product’s capabilities. VAT was also charged despite providing a valid EU VAT number.
Instead of resolving the issue, we were repeatedly offered extensions or additional assistance for features that simply do not exist on iOS.
We are currently disputing the charges through our payment provider and documenting the case with relevant authorities.
This review is based solely on documented facts, written communications, and invoices. We strongly recommend that anyone considering EyeZy carefully verifies which features actually work on iOS before purchasing.

Eyezy is a scam I bought a premium plan nothing works when I get an agent to help me out he asked me to upgrade to an ultra after I upgraded I never heard of them. They keep saying the specialist is busy wait for 1 hour and 1 hour becomes for every. Please listen to me carefully don’t buy any plan from eyezy they will still your money.

I made a purchase from Turkey through EyeZy.
The auto-renewal was not clearly explained during the checkout process, and my card was charged automatically without a clear warning.
I contacted support immediately and requested a refund, explaining that the service was barely used.
However, my refund request was refused, with the company referring only to their policy.
I strongly advise other users to be extremely careful, especially regarding automatic renewals.
My experience was disappointing and not transparent.

I signed up for the service. Which didnt find out until after i paid, that what i would need had to be upgraded. After the serious amount of upgrade that i cant seem to get a refund for, ending up cant use the service for reasons beyond my control. THERE IS FINE PRINT THAT YOU WONT LIKE IF THE SITUATION COMES TO A POINT WHERE YOU.JUST CANT USE THE SERVICE. SUPPORT IS EVERYTHING BUT.
