FlexiSpy is great when it works
FlexiSpy is great when it works. I haven't been able to access it for the last month and the length that I have gone to try to reach support is comical. Good luck getting anyone to help you when your computer denies access to the portal. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY. EVER.
Edited to say, the issue was a firewall with my cable company's router. I fixed it on my own. Love the program, but I stand by the fact that their customer service is literally the worst.
NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD
First, 48 pages with only one 1star review, seriously I submitted a 1star review and it's nowhere to be found. If this product did all it claims to do no doubt 5 star would not be a no question. Since this is not the case let's get it. The first problem I almost hot busted because the folks forgot turn off the phone once the software was installed. The software itself well all the features never worked from day one. Listen Live don't work and Flexispy recommended that I not use it. Call recording does not always work calls that appear in the call list log do not show on the recorded list. You can set up target calls and text to certain numbers most of the time this feature doesn't work. The recorded calls most of the times are just poor quality and if the target uses earbuds you will only hear half of conversation. The location feature captures once every 40 minutes so at best it's a hit and miss. Video and Cam features stopped working at about three weeks in and Support began to point the finger at me stating the changes had been made to the device when they hadn't. I was told I needed to get the device and follow their instructions, News flash if every time something goes wrong then it wouldn't be hard for the target to figure it out. Most of the time I'm in a different country and to get the device is impossible. Connectivity issues the target has cell and home internet witch both work inside the home, but Flexispy just will not work inside the home. The latest mishap is I get a Push Server error, Push Server Error
Device [6e777d0f-5671-****-986f-ed4a30bf0fea] is not online. - Contact support. Now I have had this software since Feb 25 this has never been a problem but now Google play protect is the problem. Why was it not the problem when the software was installed and tested. Support is no help they know I can't get to the phone from looking at the ticket history, so this is the first thing they say to end the support. I will say this in favor if only half of the software worked it would still be great, but it doesn't.

I had issues setting up my account. I'm not computer savvy and so I got frustrated and asked for a refund. Customer service was really friendly with me and provided the refund without a headache. I highly recommend them!
Long Time FlexiSPY Extreme Customer
I have been a FlexiSPY Extreme customer for more than 10 years. I have been a happy and satisfied customer from the beginning. This product has allowed trust to be built back into my marriage, which would have been dissolved had I not had this software application in place. FlexiSPY continues to update and improve their features, which I am happy about, however, the only downside is that I have had to uninstall and reinstall the software application multiple times over the years to fix a few bugs, or to have the newest features work on the target phone. It's not difficult to install the software on your own, as their instructions with photos are very thorough. Each time I upgraded my phones (three times in the last 10 years), the newer phones were always compatable and the software worked even better on the newer phone model.
The call recording and ambient recording features have had a few quirks over the years, however, their team of support engineers have always been able to help guide me to fix the issues I have experienced. They keep improving the application and adding useful features, so I will continue to remain a loyal customer for as long as they have this application available. My favorite features are Keylogs, Call recording, Voip recording, Message logs, IM logs, Location history, Ambient recording, and that you can set up Alerts for specific phone numbers so they stand out and are easy to track.
Over the years they added some fun features that I don't particularly use often, but they work well, and I can see how they might be fun or useful such as the spoof SMS or Live Listening features.
Overall, I am a happy customer and will continue to keep my subscriptions active. I don't feel I need to try other programs that are not as robust with their features (I have compared other applications in the past) since FlexiSPY has everything I need and more.

Terrible application and customer…
Terrible application and customer service. Do not waste your time and money. We purchased the app to monitor our teenage son. The application had to be installed twice because it did not work the first time. Features randomly work. Our son saw a message on the screen "Start recording or casting with sync services". Quick Google revealed the flexispy application. He was very upset. I will request my money back.

This app does what it says
This app does what it says, it's been reliable, I've had it for over a year. I can schedule times to record ambient surroundings to listen to later, as many as I want. I can see all keylogs, web sites visited, track location, texts, all phone numbers called and received, all phone calls are recorded, I can see apps downloaded even after they're uninstalled, emails, photos and videos taken on the target phone (even if they've been deleted from the phone). I can use the remote camera or remote video using either front of back camera on the target phone. I can see the contacts in their phone, web activity. on and on. This is well worth every single penny.
FLEXISPY returned my $2500 USD on pre-installed iPhone FLEXISPY
Spent over $2500 USD on having a pre-assembled iPHONE 12PRO shipped to UK. Very fast/quick delivery. But as soon as SIM card inserted the target phone stuck on error message "UNABLE TO CHECK FOR SOFTWARE UPDATE"
Quick response from SUPPORT who stated "we have disabled software updating`'. They have left the iPhone permanently stuck back on IOS14. When everyone with iPhones are now running on IOS16.
So basically target phone was not able to work in the UK. Stuck on error page trying to update software as soon as SIM card inserted.
Now I have asked for refund; the rapid response/service has gone quiet. Shocked.
Lost $2500 USD and still waiting to hear back...
I am sure this product is great - it reads great.
But for me - I have now aiting & undeure whats happens next....
UPDATE : MAR17 - FLEXISPY have now provided a RETURNS ticket and DHL for sending mobile back. This is welcome - and in being fair in my review - I will update on matters.
UPDATE : MAR24 - FLEXISPY have indeed returned funds to the tune of $2400 USD. I was indeed thinking I had lost these funds forever. I want to thank FLEXISPY for their honesty & integrety and I have updated their score on TRUST PILOT from 1 star to 5 stars of this date.
Sometimes a product thats amazing doesn't work for the end user. Often through no-ones fault. The fact they have reimbursed me the whole funds means I will be back to try them for certain in the future.

I switched to flexispy from mobilespy because the site was useless, I payed for everything and got onto the dashboard for five minutes only to be told that the mobile had been disconnected and I could not use anything on the dashboard, waste of time and money

I switched to FlexiSPY from TheWiSpy. Although I liked the things that TheWiSpy promised, it turned out that around half of them did not work on a Samsung S21. I went back and forth with their customer service and had to reinstall the program 7 times. When it STILL did not work, I gave up and asked for a refund. It never worked right from day 1. I will see if they live up to the promise of a refund.

I switched to FlexSPY from Umopix because I could not get any of the features that were promised to work. Hours of live chat help only brought me to a standstill with the excuse " our server is overloaded. Please try again next week..". Ummm no! Now I'm fighting for a refund. So far FlexSPY definitely feels like the better choice.

I switched to FlexiSPY from Ikeymonitor and couldn't be happier with that decision. Ikeymonitor talked a good game, but didn't follow through with their promise. After installing ikeymonitor seven times it still would not function properly. It was completely worthless. Thank God for FlexiSPY.
Former ClevGaurd Customer to New FlexiSpy Customer
I was a ClevGaurd customer for nearly a year and the software never lived up to what it had promised After nearly a year of half working software and no customer support I found FlexiSpy.
What a difference. FlexiSpy works. It actually does what it says it will do. Better yet my expectations were so low after using ClevGaurd that FlexiSpy actually over delivered in what I was expecting. It is a great change from getting 1/2 of why you expected to getting more than you expected.
I highly recommend FlexiSpy if you want functional software to monitor a remote device.

After spending nearly 150$ on a competitor, which also was not at all clearly detailed that I would be charged that much, in less than 1 month I'm more stressed and distraught than before. I've spent countless hours installing, deleting, reinstalling, following tedious step by step lengthy tutorials for it to work a few days and be visible again. The target device was always able to find and disable the software within a few days, despite the claims this would not happen. My following the guides exactly over and over. I feel I have wasted a ton of money and hours for a less than product. Flexispy is trading the money i spent and giving me a chance for a better product

At first mspy was decent. When I renewed I had all kinds of problems. No updates on messages, no phone updates for over a month. Couldn't see location and almost every day I couldn't log in. I spoke with mspy tech support and all they did was say sorry. No compensation for lost time.
