Worst ever service OnLine BestBuy Marketplace

Worst ever service OnLine BestBuy Marketplace. I receive defective parcel and request a return. Returns have to be direct to the Marketplace place . They don't respond to your demand as well as you can't get any proof of message sending.
BestBuy has to get out of Marketplace because it's not neither their business nor their product.

My opinion don't try to buy from Bestbuy ONLINE.

The worst ever administration in the…

The worst ever administration in the West Island of Montreal. I deposited my file at the Ombudsman against false mortgages calculations, not one but 3.
Just moved out of BMO to RBC.
I know that in an hour or so a message from BMO will say sorry and request to send them my email to fix whatever problem happened. That not more than an automatic answer and they never communicate. I already had this experience with BMO. The worst of all is their Complains dept that they never solve your problem even knowing that mortgage dept is wrongly charging you. I suggest everyone to go back and check or ask his accounted to verify your mortgages payments are well calculated or not.

The worst ever services


The worst ever services including mortgages. My personal experiences started in the nineties. I had a mortgage with them and after a couple of years I discovered that at the end of that year the capital is higher by 12,000$ than at the beginning. When I spoke with them they came up with stupid answers. I requested them to investigate about and after few days they came up with a stupid excuse that a lawyer bill was added by mistake in my mortgage!!!
After over 20 years the same scenario is repeated with BMO Fairview mall, while having two mortgages, I discovered that for 5 years for each mortgages they were drawing several hundreds extra dollars from my account. I communicated with their complain department level three, they told me everything is correct. I placed a request to the Ombudsman to verify all that and since that time the lady manager of BMO Fairview at West of Montreal as well as the VP of that area don't answer to my calls nor emails, even worse that manager hung up on me when trying to request a service, all that because how come I complain officially at the Ombudsman.

My opinion, the big smile you see it first is not more than one face, later on you may see the other face.

Surprisingly, after putting my review I received an automated message from BMO to call a certain number or send my email to them. I did that 2 Months ago , never heard of them.
My opinion STAY AWAY OF THEM AND THAT'S WHAT AM WORKING ON.

The worst ever services

The worst ever services. Mortgages: you have to verify all details otherwise several hundred dollars extra you pay monthly and won't get them back afterwards. BMO Complain Dept: when you place a complain they never analyse it, just telling you we are working on it, and the only next step is to the Ombudsman then the Court. When you send an email to the branch manager: Without any permission it goes to other institution!!!. Regarding the VP West Island: If you complain to this actual VP, you discover lies in his emails, saying he couldn't answer because was on vacation, while no automated email saying that . Proofs available regarding all these points.

Update: Even worse, as you see BMO apologies under this review, , they ask to send them my email supposingly to communicate with me and solve the situation, but, they didn't react. It's just automatic response showing how much they care about their customers. Am in the process to move out from BMO.

To my opinion, the worst ever.

The worst ever bank on VP level as well as complain resolution department level 3.
Promises never respected, documents requested, never sent, false calculations never corrected, Emails never responded,... , personal experiences for over 100 days. Never solved.
Will go to the Ombudsman then a Class Action.

The worst ever service

The worst ever service. When ordering new line, he asked if I need warranty, I said no, then I discover included in the bill for both phones I requested. Also Telus protection numerical, the vendor mentioned that I can cancel it any time but I discover that is on both phones and expire only after 2 years. Also , the same vendor of Telus at Fairview offered internet line and I requested that a technician should install it and configure it, he agreed, he specified the day and took note of it. Nobody came, nobody called and I called them "Koodo" they charged me the period since I received the devices , which by the way old model and not powerful router. My opinon stay away from Telus and look for other supplier.

The worst ever for smartphones

The worst ever for smartphones, if a mulfunction after the first year ( because covered by the warranty) the device will cost you half the phone price for replacement while you already paid almost 400$ to keep this insurance for 2 years.
MY OPINION, STAY AWAY FROM ASURION.

Worst ever Telus services by àthat…

Worst ever Telus services by that technician. He comes much late than he told me, He spends 4 hrs working on just 2 items. He always miss understand what I tell him. He erased the access of the second place on my phone by mistake and refuses to fix to go to the next client. Never seen in my life that kind of poor service. Personal opinion, stay away from Telus alarm system services.

The worst ever. Very slow services and defective new équipements. For 2 monthswithout alarm system but still the company charging me for that period. The salesman not really helpful as long as a contract just signed for 5 years. For the other house, a service requested, they return my call 45 days later because they don't have enough technicians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ...

Worst customer service regarding cancelling credit card not even activated. When I ask for an email of cancellation while am on the phone, he tells me he will send it right away but I'll receive it an hour later. Just to let you know, the customers are not IGNORANT.

One of the worst services

One of the worst services. If you decide to do self Customs clearing so you have to wait days and days to get your parcel +if not returned to the source). They don't even look to the email sent to them having the copy of self clearing, they say it takes 48 hr to look at it, is that called DHL EXPRESS? Also, mean while you receive a call saying to go to Lachine to pick it up if not , will return to the sender.
