The worst ever services
The worst ever services including mortgages. My personal experiences started in the nineties. I had a mortgage with them and after a couple of years I discovered that at the end of that year the capital is higher by 12,000$ than at the beginning. When I spoke with them they came up with stupid answers. I requested them to investigate about and after few days they came up with a stupid excuse that a lawyer bill was added by mistake in my mortgage!!!
After over 20 years the same scenario is repeated with BMO Fairview mall, while having two mortgages, I discovered that for 5 years for each mortgages they were drawing several hundreds extra dollars from my account. I communicated with their complain department level three, they told me everything is correct. I placed a request to the Ombudsman to verify all that and since that time the lady manager of BMO Fairview at West of Montreal as well as the VP of that area don't answer to my calls nor emails, even worse that manager hung up on me when trying to request a service, all that because how come I complain officially at the Ombudsman.
My opinion, the big smile you see it first is not more than one face, later on you may see the other face.
Surprisingly, after putting my review I received an automated message from BMO to call a certain number or send my email to them. I did that 2 Months ago , never heard of them.
My opinion STAY AWAY OF THEM AND THAT'S WHAT AM WORKING ON.
