CircleK Car Wash.. I went through their car wash yesterday and it damaged the side panel of the car. Filled in the form... and got a standard email reply from Shay Hickey in Customer Care today. I called with some questions and this agent spoke to me on the phone like he has a 'personal investment' in CircleK not accepting any liability - he spoke in a flat Dub accent...full of 'attitude' and 'ah yeh... bring it on'. Unable to answer questions of clarification and just kept saying.. 'the investigateion is closed'. Avoid the car wash and avoid Customer Service!

First they mess up the hotdog order for me whereas I said over 10 times to not give me any bread. They still do (they never asked me if I wanted any condiments besides ketchup). Today, the old hag was so incredibly slow that a line formed almost to the outside, they are clearly understaffed.

I won't ever be shopping in there again, go screw yourselves. And I'll also never stop in there for gas either, I intend to fully boycott you from now on.

Please let everybody know do not use circle k, if using their card, what they do not tell you is, if you also have another card from a different business that also let you save on gas, you will be restricted from using them both on the same day

Fucki*g bad service. Im confused. I hate they coffee maschines. Mu fucki*g friend wanted coofee but ble maschine working like shi*. Everything is expencive. Just dont go there! SCAM!!!!!

Courtney is very UNPROFESSIONAL and so is JEFF ( who apparently is the only person to give the training class ) , I was wrongfully and unknowingly terminated, and not given the same opportunity as the other employees. I would not recommend working at 190 Baston road Augusta Georgia or the Circle k Jeff gives the training . My experience was horrible, very unprofessional, I was misinformed SEVERAL TIMES according to Courtney . The lack of communication between Courtney and Jeff is very much unprofessional!

I have no personal feeling towards the two individuals ( Courtney & Jeff) they have shown how unprofessional they can me as management .

The circle k on McDowell and 82nd in Scottsdale as is filthy. I've quit going there. The bathroom looked like it gets cleaned once a week. I saw the same poop on the floor for days. The big guy behind the counter is rude, always grumpy and hates his job. The last straw was yesterday. No more chances!

I quit there because they did not inform me of their fmla when my husband crushed his hand and lost 3 fingers. Instead I was told to suck it up and leave my feelings at the door. Hard to do when everyone knew us and were sincerely asking how he was doing. I have been in several times since and have had bad service. I go in with a smile and am greeted with a scowl. I've done customer service for 20 years and have NEVER treated anyone like that. They need better workers who take pride in their job.

2.a worker walked out of the stall,looked in the mirror and Left the bathroom WITHOUT washing there hands DISCUSTING.

I went to a store; that I don't care for from prior experience, but I needed gas badly. I had to stay off the interstate, because it is a deadly place for a handicapped person to break down. I went to pay at the pump & after entering my pin, it cancelled my transaction & forced me to hobble into the store where other customers were not wearing masks. I was able to pay & complain, but it was not limited to 1 pump, it was all of them. I was lucky that my car was not stolen, because my car sat with the keys in it for 5-7 minutes while I tried to understand why I wasn't able to pay at the pump. Why aren't customers MASKED? I was...I pulled a muscle in my back & cannot walk today Thanks for that! I fully intend to recommend the next exit to get gas at a company with functioning equipment I-4 exit 7 Plant City FL KWG SR

No one should buy any gas ⛽ from circle k's in Edmonton Canada...their prices are always 5 to 10 cents even at times 15 cents more than any gas ⛽ station....I have complaint many x to the cashier's that works there and they told me...they are aware and am not the only customer that complains about it...but they are only workers and only the main office are allowed to adjust the price...this is a rip off...I have turned many people away from buying gas from them...I just came from Petro Canada from getting a gas ⛽ and their price is 6 cents less than Circle k's

Was in Rip-off Circle K Wexford town this morning not only is the Diesel overpriced everything else in shop is double in price €2.80 for 500ml Cocacola. Hvordan kan de slippe af med det.🤬

They have a new Lady working at the Circle k at North Causeway and West Napoleon in Metairie LA. I live around the corner and I visit this store sometimes twice a day before I go to work and after work before I go home.. Her Name is Miss Desiree Scott .. She is very polite and respectful and always has a smile on her face and cheerfully interacting helping all customers!! I'm glad they hired such a great outgoing person!!! Miss. Desiree Keep up the Great Customer Service!! They Need More Hires Like You!! 😊

So the other night i bought bag of ice but the clerk said after he rung me up not before, that he didnt have any change to give me? He owed me 41 cents.
So tonight i wanted to get a doughnut with my coffee. She said a donut would cost 1.27 i was 2 pennies short i said will you take 1.25? She said no!
So let me get this straight. They kept my 41 cents for the bag of ice. But they wouldnt sell me the donut for 1.25??? Because they are scamming people with the fake coin shortage and wouldnt sell me a doughnut for 1.25! And im an essential worker! What a rip!

In the last four months, there has been no ice on the ice coffee section. So you go to the other fountain areas to get the ice, and for weeks there is no mocha flavored coffee. Then last week, there was no vanilla or mocha flavored coffee. The green chile rolls were raw. That Gilabend, AZ station by hwy eight, is becoming a mediocre station.

I was in my local Circle K on College Avenue in Ruskin, FL. More than half of those in the store were not wearing masks as required by Hillsborough County. Whatever happened to the rule: No Shirt / No Shoes / No Service? Just add the mask requirement for a state and county high on the list of positive readings.

A total rip-off €6.20 for a ham and cheese sandwich they charge an extra euro for toasting it no hand sanitizer when I was coming in.
