home delivery is delivered at service collection point
2 years ago, I adopted a dog with chronic ear infections. The vet recommended using TrisNac on a daily basis to keep his ears clean, so I have ordered this product regularly from Vetapotek ever since. I always buy 2, so I have ‘free delivery’, and I always choose ‘home delivery’ by PostNord varubrev. Sometimes I would add toys for my dogs. The packages were always delivered at home. I live 22 km from the nearest town. I hate shopping, and I work from home, so I do not go often to town. This is why I choose ‘home delivery’, as I did also with my last order. This time I got a message that I can collect the package at the post service point in town… At first, I thought PostNord had screwed up - that would not be the first time. However, it turned out that Vetapotek has the right to choose a different form of delivery, without informing the client and Vetapotek chose to have my package delivered at a service point. Why??? Also, I found out, now that I read the small letters in their terms and conditions, if I do not collect the package in time, I will be fined with 200 sek. Great customer service… NOT. This means I will have to drive to town next week solely to collect a parcel. Not environmentally friendly and not friendly for my wallet. I don’t like Amazon, as this is a bad employer, but they not only offer the product I need cheaper, but they also offer HOME DELIVERY which is actually home delivery. So as from now, I will no longer order from Vetapotek, but order from a competitor.
