I needed to query a bill payment and also set up a new account in my mothers name. On 2 occasions I called Yorkshire Water, they were unbelievably helpful! Especially an assistant called Heidi. She was simply amazing so helpful, kind, understanding and professional! I can't thank her enough. Heidi definitely went above and beyond in terms of providing an excellent customer service experience. Its so refreshing to receive this level of service from a large organisation! Extremely happy 😊

Went around a week/168 hours with low water pressure because of numerous leaks in the area and was unable to use the heating in the middle of winter or have a shower for that week,after complaining and numerous emails I was told that this needs happen 2 times for an hour or more within 28 days to qualify for compensation yet 168 hours of constant low pressure doesn't qualify,absolutely ridiculous customer service,very happy to constantly put prices but not compensate customers for terrible service
