Excellent as usual.

Waited 7 month to have a water meter fitted only for the engineer to come and advise he can't fit one, no explanation and then Yorkshire water sends me a bill saying we're using more water, how does that work?
Two people living in an old cottage with shower only?
Can never get through on phone to complain and ask what the issue is and ask how they think we're using more water? Things have certainly gone down hill at YW, if there was a zero star, I'd be there.

A sham company, they have every excuse under the sun why they can't recover you from the side of the motorway, ended up paying for the AA to recover.
Don't waste your money.
Call centre isn't even in the UK

Poor service on this occasion, holiday extras got the times wrong for the flight numbers I selected on there website which stated wrong flight times, this ended up with me been fined at the long stay car park. They also make it impossible to contact them to correct the times. No phone numbers given on the app. Won’t be using them again

Parcel despatched 3rd of June, now on the 22nd June and still no delivery, first they said couldn't find delivery address, now you can't get through.....what a set of muppets, why anybody uses this carrier I'll never know.
Still no delivery, wonder whats happening to the parcels?

Don't bother with them, order a bag off Royal Canin, 2 weeks later still not arrived, chased them and told me they'd tried to deliver twice at my factory works were we are open 10 hours a day and now they tell me it's out of stock, funny how they didn't drop a card in. They tell lies and then take a while to you the refund .

First pickup with Craig from Flaming wheels was excellent and looked after my roof like it was his own
