We had a tricky situation needing to make redundancies which is heartbreaking for everyone. I needed clear advice and support and Joshua Dempster (Josh) supported me throughout the process. At times it became fraught and he always remained calm and knowledgeable even when I was going into meltdown.

He was easy to contact by phone and email and always responded very quickly.

I don’t believe any of the recent reviews. I ordered screens over six weeks ago with a two week delivery.

I’ve repeatedly asked for a delivery date and been fobbed off. Extraordinarily today I was given a rubbish story about their delivery company being unable to deliver large parcels so they’re looking for another.

Well that’s interesting as the reviews in the last few days clearly had goods delivered. It they’re telling the truth. So it begs the question, who is telling the truth here.

Anyway, I’ve asked for a refund and if that’s not forthcoming, I’ll get it refunded from the credit card. And then go to Luxury Screens who say two week delivery but they arrived in five days.

The two meetings with the designer were great. He was very helpful and suggested improvements. The room is a bit awkward due to loft hatch and some irregularities.

My builder measured the room several times and we gave them to the designer.

Delivery day. A huge number of boxes and over 1000 screws.

The quality is superb. There was an error with the measurement but we managed to find a workaround.

Don't be fooled that this can be put together in half a day with a screwdriver though. This took 4 days by an experienced builder who had to cut and adjust many of the panels. This was a walk-in wardrobe with shelves, drawers and three hanging wardrobes.

I am very impressed with the quality and pleased with the purchase.

How does anyone get anything resolve with British Gas when you end up in a circular argument. Complaint policy. Try live chat. It's a bot so can't help. Telephone repeatedly to be told they can't help and someone will callback. Never happens. Complete web form for complaints. Doesn't work. Email customer complaints. Auto responder saying it's not manned and to use live chat or call

Seriously. It's terrible. Now gone to Resolver and Ombudsman as I'm so anxious now as they keep telling me I owe £3300 for a single person in a two bed terrace who's been paying by DD £220 a month for 18 months. I've not been propagating marijuana in the loft.

I feel sorry for the hapless team on the phones. They need a medal.

Sean was and is terrific. He vetted and interviewed prospective tenants. He really helped me personally to find the ideal tenant for what was, my home. He didn't just take the money and run. The whole process was so easy and they continue to be the managing agent for my property. Can't recommend highly enough.

I wanted a rug for my new home in the sitting room. I decided to purchase from Benisouk as it was easy to purchase from them. I could filter by size and colour which were both important to me. I ordered the rug online and it arrived in approximately 10 days (can't recall exactly). The rug is even better than I'd hoped and it's absolutely perfect in my new home.

The chairs are amazing. Better than I imagined they would be. I love the faux sheepskin dining chairs. I asked myself what my late Mum would say and it was ‘don’t be ridiculous’. So I hit the buy button haha. (I loved Mum I hasten to add 🙂).

Recently the wrong paint colour was sent. I called and they asked me to email the order number which I did.

Within two days they sent the correct paint along with an email saying to keep the incorrect paint and use it or donate to someone else.
