We have just purchased, and had delivered our next fresh car from Parkland motors.
It was a really good experience and my sales advisor was Fedz. He gets 10/10 for communication, information and detail. The walk round video reassured us we had purchased a good vehicle.
Special mention to Mo too, who fielded a couple of calls on Fedz behalf (Mo, you are funny!)
As for delivery, the guys turned up giving us a 1 hour heads up, which was great, didnt get there names, but vwry quick and professional in the pouring rain!

I found the moneybarn experience really good, straightforward and easy to understand and electronically sign.
The speed of payout once approved was impressive and reassuring too. All in all I would happily use Moneybarn again, and I thank them for helping me secure my next fresh car.

I had a car and a budget in mind. Sean Mcevoy was assigned by Zuto as my car buying expert. He was great. We searched through cars from all different sources, and where he could he gave clear information and estimated a breakdown of costs before we settled on my car of choice. After that Sean got to work and did his magic, we secured the car I wanted and all things were clear and upfront, no surprises and from there to payout via Charlotte was easy, straightforward and hassle free.
Thank you both Sean and Charlotte, we now have our VW Touareg sat on the driveway.

A really straightforward application process. I was a bit dubious over getting approved having been rejected from another card application earlier in the year. I look forward to seeing how they do but so far so good. Card arrived within 4 days and virtual card was ready to use within an hour. No complaints.

Good in general, but too many surveys have glitches where near completion they will crash and terminate the survey.

These were purchased to replace a 7 year old pair.
