Tennis Huggies Earrings

Tennis Huggies Earrings - bought for me for a birthday present. I usually love D.Louise jewellery but these were very disappointing. They are absolutely tiny. Far too small for adult ears. On the photos on the website they look much bigger. Also unable to return because they are not sealed in any packaging. They are just loose. I have had earrings from other places and they have always been able to return them if needed because they were in sealed packaging. Waste of £50

We do state on the product description the measurements of the earrings, but we're so sorry if this information was missed. We also state on the product page, as well as our FAQ's, that earrings are not eligible for return due to strict hygiene reasons. I sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused, and I'll be sure to pass your feedback onto the team.

Ordered item on 17/11/25 for delivery…

Ordered item on 18/11/25 for delivery on 21/11/25

I received both an email and text saying my delivery was due to be done on 21/11/25 and tracking showed item as received at Stafford service centre

I waited in all day and no delivery arrived and received no updates.

Received a text and email on 22/11/25 saying to expect my delivery on 22/11/25 between 14.40-16.40. I was tracking the delivery and saw it was in Stoke at 14.00 and in Stone at 15.38.

Out of the blue a text came at 15.55 saying that they had not been able to access the property and to rebook delivery. We live on a normal road with a drive and excellent access. Also have a ring doorbell and no-one has attempted to deliver. It’s a total lie.

Now have to wait till Monday. Really needed item for this weekend. Would not have ordered from HSD if I had know there are issues with the delivery company.

Unfortunately DX have had some issues and on the tracking there is an image of a road being blocked due to road works which we will forward onto to you.

We will speak to DX and ask them to speak to the driver and investigate

We ask DX to ensure delivery on Monday for you.

Stafford Branch

Booked a tyre replacement on line. Arrived on time and car was taken in straight away. When the wheel was off, the lads checked the wheel and tyre. Tyre was fine as it was the alloy wheel that was causing the deflation of the tyre. They cleaned the wheel and sealed the tyre back on. Refunded the full amount we had been charged online and didn't charge anything for the work they did. Excellent service.

Bought a TCL 43 Inch 43C645K Smart 4K…

Bought a TCL 43 Inch 43C645K Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR QLED Android TV from Argos. Very disappointed in the tv. Very slow to complete actions from remote. Difficult to locate channels. Switches on when it's been turned off. I wouldn't recommend this TV at all.

So far so good. I have to remember to do my reads as I don’t get reminders. Don’t always get a monthly statement even with monthly reads. Did get them for the first 3 months but not had one since. Excellent price though.

Shower & Quadrant Cubicle

Excellent value for money. Great choice. Specified delivery day. Driver phoned (was expecting him to phone 15mins before arrival) to say he was at my son's house. Told him we'd be about 10mins, would he mind waiting and it wasn't a problem. Wil definitely use Vicotorian Plumbing again.
