Difficult to use customer service system. Lack of email confirmation of order updates. Inaccurate website information. I have now made several orders from House of Fraser and upto now nothing has gone smoothly at all. One order was for a new winter coat. The website noted that the correct size I wanted was XL size 16, after ordering I never received any confirmation or was the order showing on my account. When received the coat was an XL size 20 / 22. After finally getting through to customer service and discussing the issue for best part of an hour, they finally agreed the return. The second order which was for a few items, only half of them have arrived todate. I have not been able via either the website or customer service to establish any updated delivery information.
