Perfect service

Had a table delivered that was damaged I rang and spoke to customer services who were amazing and arranged a replacement without any trouble they advised for me to keep it, give it to charity etc. couldn’t ask for better service

If I could give no stars then that…

If I could give no stars then that would have been my rating. I’ve had a complaint ongoing for 10 months, not responding, taking time, I asked for information which I have finally received today confirming my overpayments. They upheld my claim and sent me money that said it’s for the overpayments and compensation. What a joke got a print out of overpayments and guess what it adds up to what I was sent back. They have held onto my money for 8 months but not one penny in compensation. Do not use this company
Wow look at the Response go to FOS if I’m unhappy this is a perfect example of how they treat customers shame on you Rachel

Do not use no matter how desperate you…

Do not use no matter how desperate you are. I settled early and know I am due a refund of unpaid interest. Asked for details, they made me complete a data rights access for payment information. This was done 5 months ago, emailed last month still not received anything. When you call they are rude and extremely unhelpful. The people that pick up these reviews say they will sort it, but then do not return your calls. Absolutely appalling service.

This is a poor company if you have any…

This is a poor company if you have any issues. Their finance department are clearly poorly trained they cannot give accurate figures, cannot apply early partial payment amounts. So who knows how much has been paid. No one can say as they don’t know. It works like this pay more off your docs say your figure is higher than the previous amount not sure how that works but I have the documents to prove it. If you value your sanity keep clear

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an item in the correct size they sent the wrong size, not prepared to send correct size until I had returned the other. I said no as it’s your error you sort it. I made a complaint 10 days ago asking for a manager call I am still waiting. I got sent an email with a code to return the item went to the parcel shop scanned it says invalid contact your retailer. Tried again tonight and automated response your complaint has been escalated and will be dealt with. I tried calling a number for customer services that I had on an email yes you’ve guessed it doesn’t work. Avoid at all costs they do not care even tho we as customers are ultimately paying their wages

Disappointed, bought a silver tip shark for my tank on Saturday, 3 days later it appeared to suffer swim bladder, went in today and the owner was so dismissive, oh that’s the trouble with swim bladder it can happen at any time. Clearly not interested in customer service. I would not recommend this business

Poor service

The whole process from start to finish was slow, and I was not kept informed about what was happening, the agent lacked knowledge, and even admitted they didn’t understand why there were problems. Contact was poor. Made a complaint that i know will not be resolved, it will be ignored and swept under the carpet. If I could have scored a zero I would have done
I see you have replied and said to contact you, already done that to make a complaint the agent cut the call and no call back from him so what’s the point again poor poor service

Got the renewal showing a price called them given a different price, called today to be told oh there’s a renewal fee and an instalment charge which takes it to over £25 more than shown on the documents tried to check the original documents on line and they had disappeared asked if there was anything they could do on price the agent did not have the authority but could send it off, train your staff to be able to deal with these queries

Ordered a tee shirt

Ordered a tee shirt, it took so long to arrive. The quality was great but got fed up of waiting for them to process the order, dispatch it and then getting it delivered. Other companies are much faster. It’s interesting to note the 5 star rating always get a response the reviews with issues get a generic stock answer and no offer of putting the customer first
