My first experience of Kawandi and I…

My first experience of Kawandi and I loved it. This is a very relaxing, slow and easy craft. Another great afternoon with a group of lovely ladies, learning something new. The course tutors are all really helpful and knowledgeable and I am looking forward to creating some other projects know I have the basic skills and can use up all my favourite scraps of fabric that have been saved over the years.

Thank you so much for another great course.

At last... Salt deliveries made by the company...

We have previously had deliveries via DPD and the salt has arrived damaged and broken. What a breathe of fresh air my delivery was today - a lovely professional and very helpful driver (Wayne Isaacs), delivered into my hallway. So glad that Culligan Harvey have now realised the personal touch of delivering your own salt supplies is far better than outsourcing to a courier company that does not uphold your company standards. Very happy, thank you so much Wayne.

Another great day of learning something - till rolling…

Another great day of learning something new - till rolling. My friend and I had a wonderful few hours with like minded people, learning a new skill. Tanya is very patient and a great tutor sharing her knowledge. The other ladies that assist provide helpful friendly advice, tea and home-made cake - who could ask for a better day. Thank you all for a sharing your time and skills with us. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. We have already been to a couple of their courses and are booked on for another one.

Very loud fridge, I wouldn’t recommend it

Experience with the company has been great. Ordering was easy, delivery efficient and very polite. The product overall is disappointing. We had a very similar drinks fridge for 16 years and it was virtually silent. I assumed this would be the same ☹️. Sadly at various times it is very loud, other times silent but the loudness is annoying at night when everything else is silent. It’s a drinks fridge, it perfectly cools drinks it is just annoyingly loud. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great products and customer service

I have only just discovered Wild deodorant and initially bought the 'stick' variety and have just bought the roll-on for a friend as a gift. Love the packaging, arrived really quickly. Unfortunately the roll-on was damaged, I contacted Customer Service and they could not have been more helpful. Immediately sending out a replacement, no quibbles.

Great service, great product, cannot recommend highly enough.

Great delivery experience

Great delivery experience. I received an email to tell me that they would be contacting me 24 hours before my delivery. I then received a phone call to confirm the delivery would be the next day. Finally I received a message to tell me the three hour slot the delivery would be made and the delivery driver rang me when he was 30 minutes away. Brilliant service thank you.

Went to Guildford for a Sunday roast

Went to Guildford for a Sunday roast. Booked online, arrived at 6.00 pm to be told there were no roasts left. We chose to stay... our mistake. We had beef and ale pie, chips and peas. The pie crust was very hard, not much meat and very weird tasting gravy. Chips were okay but if you were hungry you would have been disappointed. Portion of peas was a joke... one tablespoon if that and that was being generous.

On the plus side, the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Sadly the coffee was terrible, machine made latte... I don't normally return anything but we didn't pay for the coffee. However, the hot chocolate was lovely.

Sadly overall a very disappointing visit and we won't be returning.

Brilliant craft courses

Such a lovely afternoon. This is our second course with Craft Circle and it is such a great way to spend a few hours with lovely people. Tanya is very patient and informative and we came away with a beautiful bespoke sewn storage container. I cannot recommend the courses enough... we will be back. Thank you for a lovely day.

Beautiful urn for a beautiful boy...

We wanted something special for the ashes or our very much loved dog. I found Urns UK online and telephoned for some advice on sizing. The lady I spoke to was super helpful. I ordered a glass marble orb and it is beautiful. The delivery was really quick, packaging amazing and our special boy now has a stunning final resting place. Thank you to everyone involved. x

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Shame you even have to give one star!!!! This company is dreadful. I paid my £24 for licence renewal and within 24 hours realised I had made a mistake having found these reviews. I cancelled my service with them, they refunded £14 and kept the £10 for expedited postage saying they had sent out forms. I had to live with a £10 error in judgement.

Three days later despite having cancelled the service they have unlawfully taken £89 from my account for a non-existant three month service. The on going battle with 'Margaret, Debbie, Liam, Craig' or any other computer generated name continues.

DO NOT under any circumstances do any business with this company, they are unhelpful, the telephone numbers do not exist and you cannot contact them other than by email and it is hit or miss if they respond.

Great products and fantastic quality.

Just placed my third order... lovely quality products, really good prices and lots of variety. Bedding is becoming my new obsession. Telephoned customer service to ask them a question, so helpful, really pleasant and didn't wait for ages for the phone to be answered. The products arrive really quickly and are exactly as shown and described on the website.

Fantastic quality, just a bit delayed.

I have to base my review overall on the quality of the covers. They are amazing... we ordered a BBQ cover and an L-shaped sofa cover. I ordered in black in the thickest quality, with zips. They look fantastic, are really well made and are heavy duty. I cannot fault the workmanship and we are very pleased.

If I had one criticism it would be the length of time they have taken to arrive. I placed the order in May and we were given a delivery date, several emails from them stating that delivery had been delayed and the day of delivery arrived. Unfortunately the covers did not. I telephoned and they said the covers had not been started due to a back log, presumably from COVID 19, but very pleasant helpful customer service said they would expedite the order. I think if they just had made me aware there could be a delay when I placed the order, it would have not been an issue.

I will be placing another order for table and chairs cover as we really are very pleased, I just might not expect them to arrive within the original timeframe promised.

Great service and a beautiful chair, really pleased.

Like so many others, I was a little dubious about ordering a considered purchase on the internet without actually seeing it. I dithered, kept looking and we decided to take the plunge.

My first interaction was placing the order, I spoke to a very polite very efficient lady that reassured me and took my order. Having ordered fabric and leather colour swatches in advance, we ordered a reproduction Chesterfield chair with winged arms and buttons in an amazing Ultramarine blue leather.

After placing the order we received another phone call giving a rough estimated delivery time. The week before delivery another phone call, to confirm the date and ensure we would be able to accept delivery. The day before yet another phone call giving a time slot and on the day the delivery drivers called 20 minutes ahead of drop off. Delivery drivers were extremely polite and carried the item into our home.

We are all, very quick to complain and criticise about bad customer service and we have experienced plenty of this with other purchases from companies in the past, but it has to be said, this is quite possibly the first item we have bought for our current home (in 10 years) that has not had a problem.

I am sure some people are not so lucky as us and unfortunately with hand-made pieces and deliveries there are bound to be some teething problems on occasions but we have nothing but praise for this company.

The finished item is stunning, lovely quality, beautifully crafted and a joy... I think you may now be able to tell I am thrilled with my purchase. I was hesitant in the beginning but am so pleased I ordered from this company. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

We would like to thank everyone involved. I have recommended you to several people and think you offer a brilliant service.
