Good features and content for certain genre , subscriptions renewal process can be better

Its a good option if you need crux of the concepts in concise ways than reading a whole book. Suitable for certain category of books especially self help where o focus on key takeaways can cover a lot of ground.
App has good features in terms of being able to listen in audio format .
It is slightly higher on price side so probably worth checking during promotional offers.
The auto renewal feature can make things tricky if you have stopped using the app , you may loose track .
Support team needed a bit of follow up but i was eventually able to get response and hopeful to get resolution.

I used ecard forest for baby card gift…

I used ecard forest for baby card gift in the month of September 2025 .
The overall sharing experience was good and there was a collection done through colleagues around the globe. my colleague finally tried to encase the collection through an M&S card He waited for 3 weeks before he reached out to me asking if there is some way I can see from my login as to where the collection is stuck . I requested him to wait one more week but no use . it has been a month since the gift card requested and it has been complete silence with no responses to even direct mails for help .
Very disappointed given this was a gift from all the colleagues.

won’t recommend for anyone .

I don't know why you waited for 3 weeks, instead of writing. Most likely the email with the collection landed in spam.

We never received any emails from you. In fact we tried to learn your email through trustpilots request system to contact you, but you refused to give it.

We can't solve issues without any means to contact you or know who you are.

Wide range of retailers available .

Wide range of retailers available .
Substantial cash back percentages.
User experience is good in terms of searchability on portal for retailers , clarity of instructions etc.
Some areas of improvement might be the limits imposed across retailers for vouchers e.g the limit on amount includes all the retailers in a month while they could have been per retailer.
Cashback sometime takes longer.

Complete Disappointment -! More than 8 months for getting deposit back and still have not received it.!

I rented a property in East London from Jan 2015 till October 2017.
There were periodic increases in the rent every year.
No additional furniture or other facilities added whenever the rent was increased for first 2 times.
From my side all the rent and charges were paid as requested with no delays or inconvenience to LR.
Third time when the rent was being increased i asked for additional furniture since i was living in the same house with increasing rents every year and no improvement or investment by the landlord or agency.
That request was refused apparently by the landlord and the rent increase was also not made.

The real fun was when i tried to get a bigger apartment through the same agency i could not get proper responses in terms of requirements and i could also see that the rents for properties managed by LR were always at least 50GBP high.
When i gave the notice finally i was asked to wait 2 months even though there were offers made by some tenants as early as within 15 days of my notice.
I was ready to vacate the apartment immediately but there was no genuine attempt made by LR to make sure that i dont have to pay rent twice (current apartment as well as new apartment where i shifted )

Just to get the ad posted it took around 3 weeks. This seems suspiciously delayed for a letting agency to be delaying putting ad for a property available for renting.
Even after the flat has been vacated for last 8 months and i have paid
a) extra eent
b) extra water bill which goes to LR account
c) all council and other utility bills
I have not received the deposit back as well as the extra amounts
I have been promised every day and week that this will be sorted next week etc.
Complete disappointment.
It has been such a frustrating experience even after paying so much of money in fees etc to this company, service is very pathetic.
I have an email chain going on with the employee which proves itself that it's all about holding back tenants money.

Cant give negative here so have to give one star :-(

When rental increases occur it is so you pay what the current market price dictates - unfortunately this doesn't mean that you get an upgraded flat. In regard to some of the other queries mentioned, we can see that your property went back on the market within a few days, but the new tenants that were taking over the lease couldn't move in for a month or so. We are incredibly sorry that it has taken so long for you to receive your deposit - that is unacceptable and we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. A mis-communication on our side caused the initial delay, but we can see that now you are in contact with your property manager who is sorting this out for you now, and once funds are agreed by both sides can release them. We will take your feedback on board and pass it onto the relevant teams. Thank you.

Delivery for Galaxy Tablet - online - store collection

Ordered one galaxy tablet online through Currys website on Sunday. All payment was done and delivery date was selected as Tuesday. Received an order confirmation email. Money was deducted from my bank account.

No updates post that order confirmation email .
Till Tuesday 7:30 PM no further email updates were sent on the order.
When i went to check the order and collect from the Stratford store (As selected) i was told by the staff that the order has 'failed in preparation'.

I clarified that the money has been already deducted so there cant be a payment issue.
However the staff was insistent that they cant comment on the status further since the order is not prepared and hence cannot be done at this time

Very disappointed by the fact that i could have been informed about any payment issues from Sunday till Tuesday.
Also if the order delivery date was not met (generally 5PM on the selected delivery date), there should have been at least a communication to the customer indicating the same.

-- Update.
Although a bit late to update but thought of updating the latest status.
The refund was made into the account.
I could get from the immediate rise in the price of the item that the order could not have been honoured at the booking price I had made.
Hope the communication for delays in orders is handled better .
