Terrible service

Booked a York Ibis hotel through Trivago and it went through Agoda.
The booking stated parking was available, but only AFTER payment did it ask for £15 per day for UNguaranteed parking!
Agoda only has a bad chatbot for correspondence and neither they nor Ibis would cancel the booking.
AVOID Agoda.

Ambition was as good as ever, but the destinations needed work. We arrived at 2 of them on Sundays, when everything was closed for festivals.

Only 1 man to deliver a 65 inch tv is not acceptable. I am disabled but had to try and help the poor little chap carry it. Do better.

Had what we wanted. Delivery arranged easily.
Sales person tried the usual trick of trying to flog extended warranty, then broadband change, but once told a FIRM no, no problem.

battery died after 2 years

Bought a Ring video doorbell 2nd generation 2 years ago. Works fine, but expensive subscription proved prohibitive, so we settled for local only.
Wireless signal reception very poor. It took up to 2 minutes for the motion sensor to alert via the app at times.
Battery died after just 2 years and is non-replaceable.
Don't bother.
Just went in the bin!

I get only occasional surveys on current affairs.

I get only very occasional surveys about current affairs and politics. Most are about TV, radio, social media or buying habits.
In that sejnse, it is very disappointing.
However, for every "meaningful" response, and for submitting viewing and buying data, I get points, which add up to actual cash rewards.
