Excellent Service, Great Value, and Fast Turnaround

Just like the majority of people here, my experience with Lensology has been very positive indeed. The website is easy to use and flows well for a new customer. I chose my options, paid for the order, and posted my glasses in the case with some tissues packed inside so they wouldn’t move around. I was kept updated throughout the entire process—receiving emails when they received my glasses, when the lenses were being made, and when they were posted back to me.

The pricing is very good. I opted for the ULTIMA package and the lenses seem to be of very good quality. They offer good clarity and don’t smudge or steam up easily, although they are not quite as good as the Kodak lenses I have on another pair. That said, they are well worth the price.

The turnaround time is even better. I expected to be without my glasses for a good two weeks (similar to an optician’s timeline), but I received them back within a week, which is astonishing.

A few improvements could be made. Notably, a “My Account” section on the homepage would be useful, as well as the ability to save your prescription to your account rather than sending or uploading it after placing an order. It would also be helpful to receive some form of confirmation once a prescription has been submitted.

Please keep doing what you’re doing—it’s definitely working well. Pricing is also important, and it’s currently in a sweet spot where reglazing with Lensology represents good value. There are alternatives where you could get a new pair for not much more, but I would choose Lensology as long as they remain competitive. I’ll definitely be back as a customer, and Lensology will be my first choice if I need glasses reglazed again.

Good Service from Start to Finish.

I had a really good experience overall. I asked for genuine manufacturer glass and paid the difference (you have to call them after the booking is made and wait for them to confirm it with your insurer. In my case, the insurer authorised up to a certain amount and I had to pay the difference). There was a bit of confusion between the branch and customer service about the status of the glass order, but it was sorted out within a day or two. Booking was easy, and both customer service and the branch were easy to get in touch with.

I could track the order status and book the appointment easily once the glass was in stock. I dropped the car off around 9am and it was ready by about 1pm. The car was left clean and tidy, with no damage or anything else I could notice.

The windscreen installation seems solid. I don’t really have a way to check it other than seeing how it holds up, and I took it through a car wash four days later with no issues. I think they use Michelin wiper blades if you choose to replace them as well, which seems like good value. Even if you buy them yourself, you’re not saving much.

Very pleased with the experience so far

I recently had a very positive experience with this app. I used it multiple times. For example, during the Vodafone outage, I bought an eSIM to use temporarily and for a very small fee. I really needed internet access at that time as I had a trip the following day. Next, I purchased another eSIM specifically for use in the US from Nextlink, which worked flawlessly without any issue. For 10GB of data, the cost was £10. This is a very competitive price compared to other eSIM options available. Before traveling, it's important to carefully follow the instructions for activating your eSIM. Interestingly, you'll likely need an active internet connection to complete the activation process. Once active, the eSIM will automatically connect to a network upon arrival at your destination.

Motormoolah made selling my car simple and easy

Recently sold my Toyota Corolla Sports Touring to Motormoolah and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. I started with an online valuation, then got a follow-up call to confirm details and note any minor issues with the car. They gave me an updated price—which still beat any other offer I’d found.

Booking an appointment was simple, and when I took the car in, they carried out their checks quickly and professionally. Within 30 minutes, the agreed amount was in my bank account.

The entire process was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. I’d happily use Motormoolah again if their valuation comes out on top. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy customer.

This review is purely based on my ordering and delivery experience. If any issues arise with the product, I’ll update it later.

Ordering through AO was seamless—the website is incredibly user-friendly. After our fridge broke down, we quickly found a great replacement at a fantastic price and placed an order for next-day delivery within just a few hours. As a first-time customer, I was able to sign up and take advantage of AO member offers, making the deal even better.

The next morning, I received a text with a 4-hour delivery window, followed by a call from the driver to confirm. The delivery team was polite, professional, and had a great "can-do" attitude. They were mindful of our property, set everything up, and even took away the old fridge and packaging—all within 20 hours of ordering.

Based on this experience, I have no hesitation in giving it a 10/10. I haven’t switched on the fridge yet, as I was advised to let it stand for four hours, but fingers crossed there won’t be any issues!

Neat little idea and well made.

Great idea and well made. Our house is a deadzone for mobile data. Friends and family asks for wifi password like clockwork when visiting. Bought some WiFi stickers and plates for home so guests can access our guest WiFi easily. They worked well on our recent family event as well :)

Great product, seemless service.

Ordered online to pickup in store. Everything I ordered was ready to go at the time specified. The shopkeeper was nice and when I wanted to add a packet of candles, she gave it to us for free (I didn't have cash on me + it was a fairly large order). Great product and great service.

Review about recent claim

Recently, I've had my car fail an MOT due to emissions. I've had emissions cover and subsequently the garage submitted a claim for it to be repaired. It was initially declined because I didn't have MOT cover. I paid for the repair myself and had to rent a car while it was in the garage. Afterwards, I spoke to customer services who said they will review the decision. They got back to me very soon after, reversing the decision and paid me the cost of repair and money towards covering the cost of rental car. Paid me by cheque, which arrived promptly and the money was in my account very soon after.
Could my experience have been better? Sure. However, they did redeem themselves on this occasion and it went from a 1 star to 4 star experience.

Superb service from Panther.

Panther Logistics recently delivered a mattress to me. Gave me a window of 2 hours (but clearly stating this is not guaranteed as not to raise false expectations), called me within the window to say they'll be delivering on 30 minutes and then delivered the item to my living room rather than just leaving at my front door. They've got a link where you can see the progress of the driver and speak to customer service etc.
I work in transport and logistics and in my opinion, their service is enviable.

Bought a refurbished whole home system…

Bought a refurbished whole home system with 3 discs at a great price. Ordered 11th morning, while the stock levels were really low, it was processed by 12th morning and I received the item on 14th. The item itself is working well and there was nothing to suggest that it's a refurbished product. I'd rate this 5/5 on this occasion, given the price. I'd expect a slightly faster service, if the item was full price and in stock.

Great service from glasses direct yet again. Ordered over the festive period in December and they delivered faster than expected. All at an amazing price of £70 for two pairs using vouchers. The quality of the glasses are good too (you get more than you pay for really)

Great price, great service.

Recently sent my suitcase from Spain to UK. Went without a hitch at a fantastic price. Be sure to read the confirmation email, because depending on location, you may need to confirm the collection with the local partner. It was picked up Tuesday and delivered Monday and I received all the updates via SMS and email once the courier picked it up. I've yet to check the content though.

Find a company like this is like finding a a needle in a haystack.

I work for a logistics company who work with hundreds of hauliers ranging from small vans to big fleets and we work with East Trans on a regular basis. While I am not in a position to represent the company I work for, my personal experience of dealing with East Trans (Aleks) has been absolutely brilliant. Over anything else, we care about our carriers being professional, being on time and prompt communication. My customers have never raised any issues and the vehicles always arrive on time and communication is spot on. Even the 1 or 2 delays has been communicated very well in advance so our customers are never caught by surprise, which speaks volume about how well they plan vehicle movements. As far as I know, all their vehicles are tracked and always meets the ETA's given to us, which enables us to deliver on our word as well. It is very difficult to find such good hauliers and I fully recommend East Trans for all your transport needs.

Great service. Very satisfied customer.

You never know how good an insurance is until you have to make a claim. I insured a Mate 20 Pro in December and had to make a claim quite recently. It was very straight forward. Made a phone call, I was sent a link which I filled in all the details, signed a fraud declaration and had to submit a quote from local repairer. Mate 20 pro is quite new and its design is not repair friendly so I struggled to get a written quote and the only place who sent me the quote was the most expensive repairer. I relayed this to Emma, who handled my claim and it was all accepted. The amount was paid out quite shortly after that. The whole process took me 10 working days. You could potentially get it down to 3-5 working days with other phones where you can get quotes quite quickly. Very impressed.

I'd recommend it to others.

I bought a pair of glasses which didn't suit my face. I returned it and I got my refund, no questions asked. I was kept updated throughout the order and about the refund. Pretty hassle-free experience.
I'd recommend you try the glasses on first using home trial, which again also proved to be quite hassle-free.

Would be nice to see free-postage. I am sure you can afford free postage for paying customers if you can afford unlimited home-trials free of charge.
