Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money. The doorbell takes ages to notify you, by the time you answer the person has already left. I only got it for missed deliveries. Still getting missed deliveries due to notifications being too slow. Tried trouble shooting. Remove app then reinstall. Works for a day then back to delaying notifications. Total crap

Evri Birmingham

Evri Birmingham. Totally unreliable. Complain about the courier but nothing happens. No feedback no actual dealing with the complaint. Why would any company in their right mind ever use this service when they end up having to refund the money due to this useless service that hires any individual who does not know how to do a decent job

Kept constantly up to date with delivery times. To the minute arrival and very polite. Heavy boxes but picked them up with ease and brought into the house.

£5.50 to deliver to your neighbours. £10 on a Saturday. Money grabbers charging you twice for delivery. So if you work Mon _ Fri you are penalised. My advice use Yodel. Can't read the numbers on my card. 7 looks like a 9. 8 only has one circle

Hello - a redelivery Monday to Friday is offered free of charge. A redirection to another address...e.g., work or a relative is charged at £5.50, and we charge £12 for redelivery on a non-working day..e.g. Saturday.

You can also request the parcel to be delivered to a post office* - this is free, but the post office charge £1 for this service, which is payable to the post office at the time of collection.

*Parcels weighing up 15kg are accepted but please bear in mind the weight of the goods when making arrangements to get these home.

They can't deliver

They can't deliver. They try once. Then drop it miles away and don't contact you to see if you can collect. Say it's too large to leave anywhere yet expect you with no vehicle, disabled to collect a large parcel that you can't carry. Alternatively deliver Saturday for £12 even though delivery was paid. So paid to deliver but don't

The weights are never put away.
There are not enough clips for the cable workouts as people are always taking them to other machines so there should be spares. When equipment is broken the repairs take too long
