I tried to order 50 items in the end 12 were coming then 2 were not coming, very disappointed, why don't you say at the top of the item's on sale "home delivery" or "instore only". also I had 3 deliveries by 3 different couriers, why can't we be given an option of who delivers to us the first parcel arrived by Royal mail, the second by Evri (the worst). dhl third.
this is the first time I got a delivery from AIT home delivery, they were friendly and helpful, but trying to track the parcel was not the best as it made it said your number 1 of delivery of 1st something or other it didn't make sense to me.

I had 2 deliveries one from CPL? and one from Royal mail, both deliveries were delivered on time and both delivery companies were very helpful. thank you. the items were very well packaged. thank you.
what went wrong is 1 the packaging was too big for the items, 2 there was bubble wrap on the top of the parcel but the 2 breakable items were both put in a single plastic bag with no protection so 1 of the items is broken in half and 3 I ordered 2 thinking i would have 2 different designs but no 2 of the same design on 2 different products
the courier was helpful and put the parcel just inside the door he was cheerful and friendly and waited untill i answered the door. please tell him he was a credit to DPD. thank you.
the delivery person was courteous and delivered my parcel in the time frame. thank you, however i have had many bad delivery's in the past so i'm giving a 4 star.
i was kept well informed about delivery, the items were delivered at least on time or even earlier, the box it came in was nice and sturdy so nothing was damaged. well done.
apparently the courier could not access my property on the 10th of october there was no way she couldn't as my daughter and the postman managed it, then it was meant to come tuesday then thursday no communication from the courier, eventually on thursday it was delivered and left in a box outside. no apology. this is the second time that i have been let down by evri (couriers)
i would have given a 5 star rating but the only issue i had was i was given a £50 gift voucher as a birthday gift but it ran out of date during the covid pandemic, i couln't get out because of mobility reasons, i asked if the gift card could be extended but they said no. i can't help thinking as a gesture of goodwill they could have done something as they got £50 for nothing. very dissapointed in the range management but apart from that my experience was good.

my order was delivered a week later than expected and the payment was taken out of my account 9 days before i recieved my parcel, in that time i had only one e.mail saying it would be late but no letting me know how things were going.

lately hermes has done a good job at delivering the parcels, but a few years ago i had a bad experience and hermes did not compensate for my loss, for which i still feel let down.
