Why cant I give 0

Ordered a double bed, double mattress, bedding , pillows and duvet. Bedset is absolutely horrible, cheap nasty and nothing like the imagine. Im being told by the range the seller doesnt do returns and I will need to pay for that, yet I paid for delivery. Pillows out of stock still no refund, yet received an email to say dispatched but the tracking reference isnt found with the courier. Still no idea where the duvet is. I want to return the lot but seeing as the range only communicates by whatsapp or email its proving actually impossible

Apparently I had a £48 "loan" they I had to pay back despite receiving no services from this con of a company. I wasn't eligible for any of their top up services but they invented a contract saying I had a loan, nonsense. Oh and yet again trying to take money for a new 48 loan i never signed for. Fraud basically

Until last month I would have given them 5 stars. I rang on the 30/11 to enquire why my subscibe and save due on that day had been change without notice to the 28/12. Not given any answers but they changed it back to the 01/12, after the call I checked and the website said my stuff wasn't in stock, I thought maybe they keep stock for subscribe & save customers or surly they would have said. So the 01/12 they take my money, no emails nothing. I keep checking and nothing so on the 05/12 I ring again to be told no stock don't know when they will be avaliable, so why take my money. Not a small amount either and I'm still waiting for a refund. No emails confirming cancellation refund or apology No joke when I'm nearly 180 pounds down and still no food for my cats. To me that's the point it's our pets food, not something they can live without. The customer service rep just sounded bored with me to be honest. I will shop elsewhere now which is a shame

To be honest I was bit concerned about ordering this way but it was the only way to get the Jordan's my son wanted. Turned out to be a perfect transaction! Great communication from Laced throughout the whole process and a perfect pair of kicks at the end of it. One happy child of mine is a bonus. 5 star service, highly recommended

So I brought 2 phones totalling 600…

So I brought 2 phones totalling 600 pounds on a Friday, delivery was 48 hours. So I assumed this would be Monday, nope. I get that now meant 48 hours from despatch but this could have made clearer at check out. I ended up with 2 perfect phones on the Tuesday. The website is easy to navigate, stock easy to see and user friendly. Really happy with my purchases.

Ordered a petrol strimmer online for click & collect, ready within the hour, collected and done. Perfect really. The only gripe I have is we had to travel to a different toolstation than our local branch which is Rubery. To be honest the Rubery very rarely have stock of anything so its a bit pointless having a local branch.

If I only could leave a zero star…

If I only could leave a zero star rating. Played on gala for a few years and the live chat has always been abysmal. Recently deleted all my debit cards off due to them being stolen and blocked by the bank. Added a new card deposited played and won, went to withdraw only to be told I had to withdraw to the cancelled cards!! 3 customer service agents on live chat told me there was no way this could be bypassed, the funds would bounce back but nothing could be done. So basically lost my winnings. Fortunately I started the complaints procedure and went to resolver to sort this out...magically the cancelled cards where deleted, as I'd done in the first place and I could withdraw. How many other people have gala done this to and they have ended up spending their winnings because they where told they couldn't withdraw, that's really worrying. Stay clear they don't give a dam.

I will never order from AO again

I will never order from AO again. Poor communication, customers services that have no idea whats going on, a week for delivery, item never turned up, another week later it was delivered without prior notice. 60 minutes wait time to speak to someone who then couldn't help, twice that happened. Then offered a voucher by way of an apology which i never received either.

Delivery booked for between 6-10pm. Delierved at 4 something, dont know exact time as i was out. Signed by 'Rebecca x' apparently but was left with neighbour who isn't called Rebecca. Marked as delivered at 19.25....got my order obviously but how many others delivers haven't arrived yet the system says they have.

Nope

Nope! Deposited and played loads on the slots and never won a penny. Won 50 free spins and 5 bonus credit to play on a certain game, with all that my return was 2.35. I will let you work out the RTP on that. Every bonus has huge wagering requirements that you will struggle to meet, constant emails and texts are annoying. Bottom line is you simple won't win.

Not impressed to be honest

Not impressed to be honest. Joined last night, noticed bingo prizes where very low compared to the price of the tickets. I did however win a few, beginners luck maybe. Couldn't withdraw a penny due to depositing 10 and getting a bonus with wagering requirements. £200 to be spent on bingo, £400 on spins, 600 in total before I can withdraw a penny. I know this is the norm for most sites but when winnings are so low you'd have to deposit more than its worth winning. For example I stupidity paid 28 for a load of bingo tickets, the mystery prize was 21 pounds with 3 winners sharing. Either higher the payouts or stop having so many bingo games that just do not fill. Wont be back.
