Impossible to cancel subscription

Impossible to cancel subscription. Request login code function doesn't work. Cancelling via account section of login doesn't work. No way of seeking help or having an email answered. I have taken steps to cancel my subscription numerous times and STILL keep getting emails telling me my fragrance is about to 'drop'. Unethical practices of telling customers they can cancel anytime but seemingly ensuring they're not able to. Complete lack of customer service and stressful experience.

Please contact me to stop my subscription and the emails once and for all - as you received my instruction multiple times, several months ago.

Next day delivery is handy

Next day delivery is handy. Some items not suitable and returns process easy. My go-to shop for jeans. It's a shame so many of the high street NL shops have closed but I'm grateful for the ones that remain. It will be a great shame if this shop ever becomes online only - like so many before it (Miss Selfridge, Topshop, Debenhams, Warehouse, Coast etc). It's nice to have a shop where I can still try on clothes without the rigmarole of online shopping and when I am shopping online, the NL process is much less painful than so many others.

Save your money

The clips in my opinion aren't of good quality. The marketing campaign is misleading in that the clips don't hold the hair securely, as advertised (or, certainly didn't for me). The suggested method of twisting the hair before the clip goes in is ineffective because the clip ends up sitting side on to the head and not flush against the head (the twisted hair essentially fights against the correct position of the clip). The clip also needs a very specific amount of hair to be effective - too little and the clip shows, too much and it doesn't hold. Therefore, the idea that this clip holds hair up and in place for a long time is a bit of a nonsense in my opinion. For example, if you're looking to do a half up, half down style, the clip won't hold most people's half head of hair (my hair's not overly thick and it didn't work for me). Last but not least, the returns policy requires the customer to cover the cost of postage abroad and so, even though the clips don't meet the design specification, in my opinion, the customer has the burden of paying to return them.

In response to the below, there was no issue with my bank. I returned the items and received a refund eventually from FF and the communication in the lead up concerned my disappointment with having to pay returned postage when the clips didn't live up to their marketing campaign (in that, the Ad misrepresented the product). Customers should be aware that if they also find the clips ineffective, they will have to pay circa £15 postage to return the clips to the Netherlands for a refund. I was fortunate that PayPal kindly issued a voucher for me in the the sum of the postage following them reviewing my complaint as to the low quality of the items. Otherwise, I would have paid £15 to try out these low quality hair clips.

The bag the items came in was lovely…

The bag the items came in was lovely (the Introductory offer bag). Many of the beauty items felt a bit niche and things that I wouldn't be able to use day to day. The company communicates quickly which is good.

SCAM

SCAM. They don't glow in the dark and don't come down from the ceiling. They also leave a mark on the ceiling. No confirmation email to confirm purchase - just proof of payment through my bank. I think the positive reviews on here must be fakes.

Clothes in wrong size sent

Clothes in wrong size sent; also in a colour that I don't wear. The stylist didn't appear to have read my profile. Communications via email with Lookiero slow and frustrating - questions not answered. Overall, a waste of time and money and a disappointing experience. The reply makes Lookiero look like they're trying to be helpful but they've actually concluded my complaint with no refund of the poor service received. There's no point in reaching out to them further - they have my details if they want to rectify this satisfactorily.

Awful holiday, complete lack of customer service to remedy issue

Currently on an easyJet holiday and we are not happy. Awful hotel with uncomfortable beds in grim area of Malta. Their customer service team are completely rubbish - leave you waiting 24 hours between calls and then offer no solution other than a £75 refund, of a holiday that cost over £1,500! (We were hoping to be moved to a nicer hotel or be offered a partial refund of the accomodation so we could move part way through our holiday and enjoy the last half of it at least). They're an absolute joke and we are never, ever booking an easyJet holiday again which is really disappointing because in the past I've been on two good easyJet holidays. They've got desperately downhill.

Really impressed with the gruum…

Really impressed with the gruum conditioner bar. I've tried one from a well known high street shop and didn't love it. I tried one from a small local business based on argon oil and didn't like that either. Gruum's bar was my third attempt at finding a plastic free alternative to conditioner and I'm impressed. It's a good size for the price, smells nice, glides through the hair easier than other conditioner bars (although obviously harder than a liquid conditioner as you'd expect) and most importantly, it left my hair feeling nice and conditioned. I was fortunate enough to get this bar on a deal so it was an absolute steal but even full price I think this bar offers good value for money because it'll last and travel well when I go away (if this lockdown ever ends!). Thanks Gruum - I'm look forward to trying the shampoo bar. By the way, the shaving gel is nice but the plastic bottle puts me off - would you consider some kind of recycling scheme with your bottles/ alternative less plasticy packaging? Thanks again.

We were very happy with the service provided. Warren advised us about our trip and he was always quick to respond to our queries and told us all we needed to know. He was patient as well, as we took some time to decide on when we wanted to go and where. We are also happy with the price paid for the flights.

Excellent customer service

Quick delivery. With the second order we made, the delivery was a day late (which we didn't mind at all) and were impressed that you called and let us know that it was going to be late and to apologise. Very helpful video online which led us to your website. I asked a question online and was impressed that someone replied the next morning with helpful advice. Overall, very impressed with the level of customer service and support that goes with the products you sell.
