Absolute abusers.
Absolutely refuse to provide section 20 reasonable adjustment.
Absolutely refuse to follow FCA guidance.
As per other reviews, staff are horrible and rude and terminate calls for no reason.
They haven't even merged with Clydesdale yet and they're being allowed to merge again?

Ruined my Credit. Disabled Abusers

Ruined my credit.
Registered defaulted mortgage payments on my credit files despite holding a £20,000 overpayment that they had agreed to use for all the mortgage payments.
They still haven't contacted anyone to correct this.
I agree with the other reviews. Staff are incredibly rude. They terminate calls for no reason whatsoever.
How they are being allowed to merge with nationwide when they haven't sorted out the merger of Clydesdale, Yorkshire and virgin yet is a real head scratcher.
Horrible company

Unlawful & Fake Reviews
Evri continue to follow any laws. They are in breach of the consumer protection act falsely advertising that when you telephone them you can get connected to a customer service assistant, when all you get is a robot with three questions and you go round a constant loop loop loop.
I don't know why trustpilot are allowing all these clearly fake reviews. I reported two years ago and trust pilot is still investigating it apparently.
Evri fail to follow delivery instructions, and refused to deliver to the actual addresses. Evri leave parcels in the building insecure lobby, where they get stolen.
Parliament are considering further enquiry and whether the Evri CEO lied when he was questioned in Parliament before.
My experience has happened today.

They have sent a photograph that clearly isn't my address or my front door. It's in a hallway somewhere.

Complaint Outstanding Since February. Waiting? ... Pay Me!

Complaint outstanding since February, and I am still waiting for a senior member of the logistics management to call me back.
Their Amazon driver leaves his vehicle running in the middle of the street, refusing to pull it into the parking base and blocking the entire road of traffic. This is illegal. Just one of the issues ...
I've had to make reports every month since, March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October. Amazon management can't count and keep referring to this as five months. I confirmed, actually, outstanding for 8 1/2 months, let's count together with Mummy, but now it's nearly 9 months.
I received emails from Amazon Germany for some reason, Amazon agrees it should be UK, I replied to the emails and enclose photographs and then haven't heard since.
They are selling damaged electrical appliances, with damaged packaging, appliances that will never work. Amazon they know this before they even send them out. Zynet, a brand not recognised anywhere and which is only sold by Amazon and is therefore clearly an Amazon brand, is a perfect example.
Governments need to control Amazon. Just make them pay tax. Amazon would be closing in a week if it had to pay actual tax like the rest of us.
Once a complaint is registered, if Amazon had to pay us for our time, which all governments should make Amazon do, this just wouldn't happen.

LIARS & FAKE REVIEWS

Everybody gets the only the one star reviews are genuine and all the five star reviews are totally fake don't they?
Lycamobiles complaints procedure is a complete lie. More fakery.
Since my previous reviews all I have done is chased and chased and been lied to and abused.
I submitted a subject access request that needed to be provided within 30 days. Guess what? The reference number for that is invalid. You cannot have made a subject access request. We have nothing on our system. We have no trace. You are a liar. Be quiet.
Seriously, seriously rude.
I have never experienced such utterly, despicable, discriminatory and rude people.
None of them speak English. How does Ofcom allow this?
Lycamobile have even made notes on my account to say that they cannot communicate with me because they do not understand or speak English
How does our regulator allow this?
All of their 5 star reviews are totally fake. You can see from the names of the people who left the reviews. And the reviews are utter nonsense. They are clearly fabricated and paid for reviews.
If Lycamobile really want to do something, the trustpilot team will refer my case to the chief executive Richard Schaeffer and ask him to call me.
Staff tonight have been lying about their opening hours
They also deny reference numbers
Oh, your complaint reference number isn't working
Oh, your technical reference number is invalid
And they snigger and giggle and laugh at you, in your face.
It's just diabolical

Complaint 30/07/2025, 8 Weeks of Abuse and Still Ongoing.

Complaint 30/07/2025, still not acknowledged. FCA deadline to respond is tomorrow. TSB have not even spoken to me and received detail details of what my complaint actually is yet???
This is a trans captured woketard illegally operating company.
They ignore all their own service standards.
They admit they are not trained in FCA Regulation. They are not trained in FCA guidance for dealing with vulnerable covers indeed, executive complaint staff admit that they have not even read it.
What do you mean red flag? I can see it but I just ignore it.
But TSB have empowered all their staff that they can terminate calls for no reason whatsoever.
Completely against our regulation and guidance they regularly threaten and abuse vulnerable customers.
TSB need to explain why and how they became trans captured. TSB need to explain why they felt compelled to create an illegal Mx title that the Supreme Court ordered was illegal in April, but TSB still have it, TSB is still breaching our equality law. TSB are still misogynist. TSB still hate women.
TSB still want to trans the gay away.
TSB hate gay people. As well as hating women.
Why hasn't Frank Mo***os' Manager called me back?
WILL FRANK AND HIS MANAGER BE SACKED?
Nobody has acknowledged my SAR?
Huge notes were made on my client file on 08/08/2025 and they're still being ignored. And nobody has called me back as a result of all those notes.
I was PROMISED another escalation which must be provided by a manager, within 72 hours, on 11/09/2025. Complaints Manager chose not to bother doing their job, chose to ignore the service standard and allocated it to the very person I am complaining about???
Frank agreed to escalate. I'm still waiting. I'm still chasing. The TSB disrespect me nearly every time I speak to them and think that my time is free.
It really is a shame, because other staff are truly excellent. They must be very frustrated.
I have been told Frank sent off my SAR and has done, what else, exactly???
TSB leave you on hold for 10+ minutes while they read notes but then say they cannot see any notes, when you ask them to read the notes that they took ten minutes to read, to you.
I would like to know what I have been waiting for?
It does feel like they deliberately just leave you on a dead hold, just to frustrate you and to have their little piece of power over you.
To say that they cannot read notes when they clearly can, is not only lying, which is bad by FCA is requirement to treat customers fairly, but, it is actually a false representation under the Fraud act 2006. Section 2. Just to add to the TSB's list of illegalities.
How can I still be waiting?
TSB have breached FCA Regulation.
TSB failed to acknowledge complaint as required by FCA.
TSB continue to breach S20 Equality Act
TSB continues to ignore the Supreme Court ruling.
FCA Regulation requires fair treatment
A raised voice cannot be considered abusive
Shouting is not abusive
It is free speech, legal freedom of expression and does not fit any definition of the word abusive
TSB need to pay me double the minimum wage (minimally as my commercial charging rate is much higher), for my time. What is the total amount of time I have spent on phone calls with TSB?
Leaving me on long holds with no comfort checks every 3 minutes, as has been the quality management and service standard within financial services for several decades, is abuse and really really poor customer service, lack of training, lack of processes
TSB staff confirmed that they have no time limit on how long they leave people on hold, which again is not treating customers fairly.
TSB staff are all protected from things that they should be bearing and they are all treating and abusing any customers like this, but vulnerable customers who have told you they are already struggling?
Vulnerable customers which you are regulator has written guidance on for you, done it for you, yet you ignore it?
And it looks like they are going to completely ignore the eight weeks deadline as well.
Is this what financial services has come to in this country? Where is our regulator?

EE. Known No Signal. Illegal and Fraudulent

EE know that there is no signal here. They know that there are two nearest masts have been in fault for months and months and they haven't bothered to repair them, but they illegally falsely advertise excellent signal indoors and out
I put in a complaint. Someone misrepresented themselves as a manager when they are merely executive handlers who tell lies.
Promised an update a week later 30th of August latest. I am still waiting for the clown to call.
Staff are extremely rude.
Absolutely diabolical and illegal.

Thought Customer Service guys were great. Facade.
Discover EE falsely advertise Excellent Signal, knowing full well, the reality is, there is no EE signal here.
Agreed cancellation with Moz.
Week later, they say we're taking your payment next few days.
Email, please don't.
Second payment taken!
Customer Service blame Accounts colleagues and promise next day call back.
That was last week, still waiting.
Breach of lots of laws/FCA, etc..

Consumer Protection Act Says No to False Advertising!
Stop lying!
Wow. I did not know these guys were this bad? 1.5Bad! Everybody says so.
EE advertise 'Excellent coverage, inside and outside.'
You are lured to sign up, based on these lies.
When you speak to them, oh no, sorry, there are houses between you and the mast so you have no clear line of sight to the mast. We know we don't have excellent coverage, we know you have in and out phone signal, or no phone signal and, no internet.
We have made you go out and runs tests all over the area. It proves this mast doesn't seem to provide anything to anybody.
But we're still going to falsely advertise something we already know not to be true?
Misleading advertising is prohibited under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Fraud by false representation is defined under the Fraud Act 2006 in the UK. According to this legislation, a person commits fraud if they dishonestly make a false representation with the intent to gain for themselves or another, or to cause loss to another or expose them to a risk of loss.
I have reference numbers. The executive team deny these reference numbers.
You know it's an appalling company if the executive team are rude and they are extremely rude obstructive and deliberately unhelpful.
They do not follow Ofcom guidance whatsoever.
Ofcom did this to us.
We only have three network providers and they are all equally diabolical.

Trans Captured, Misogynist, Disabled Haters

Absolutely trans captured, misogynist, disabled haters and customer abusers.
Mx is illegal or does not exist. So how is it still a choice at TSB, every rational human is asking ...?
It is clear absolutely zero of their staff are trained.
They don't know what is this FCA you speak of?
Managers do not take phone calls. So their system can never work.
I asked if staff were trained in FCA guidance. Crystal clear, they are not.
I have a disability marker on my file. Staff wilfully ignore it.
Staff should be trained in actual written policies? No. They work from home and no-one monitors them. They do what they want or don't do what they don't want.
TSB not happy ignoring all FCA, ignore all requirements of the DPA/GDPR, too. They are good at doing something. Ignoring the law and regulation.
They are supposed to acknowledge complaints immediately. 30th July and 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for that first step?
I have chased and chased but, nobody reads the notes.
Complaints just sit and sit and, yes, we're not supposed to torment you but how else, can we vicious, disabled hating, misogynists, get our kicks?
I wonder what the managers actually do.
I've been managing in Financial Services over 40 years and I do not recognise this anarchy. We had rules, based on facts. Where did they go?
More importantly, how and why???
Who did that?
Have they been sacked?

ILLEGAL!!!

ILLEGAL!!!
Refuse to follow the law and The Equality Act.
Lyca Mobile have about the rudest, most obstructive Philippines call Centre that you have ever experienced in your life.
I live in London and there is absolutely no signal here.
There is no Wi-Fi coverage.
Trying to speak to customer services, they complain the signal is so bad they cannot hear me.
I have had to call from my original number and network, but the reception at their end is still horrendous.
Every agent is totally abusive.
I have told them four times that I am disabled and they are still ignoring that.
They told me they would escalate me to complaints and then they have just refused to do it.
They have completely triggered my trauma and PTSD
Here is the string of names that I've spoken to just today.
Every single person is vile.
Camille
Erica
Anthony
Titus, Supervisor.
Robert
Jasmine
Regi.
Charles
They have wasted three hours of my time, which I do not have to spare
They are still refusing to register any complaint whatsoever. I explained that they have to have an alternative to the online complaint system for people who are disabled that's the law.
They don't.
They tell you, you have to use the online and then they terminate the call.

Extremely Obnoxious And Rude Company

Extremely obnoxious and rude company.
They make fraudulent representations.
They ignore and breach the TPO Code of Practice for Managing Agents.
They do not maintain any key codes and have confused and lost all of my property keys, the one thing you are relying on your estate agent to be secure is your property keys.
The contractors they engage are extremely eye wateringly expensive and extremely poor quality and services. They have cost me hundreds and hundreds of pounds for nothing.
If a tenant is letting his opposite sex teenage children sleep together in a double bed, having been evicted from his previous property for the same illegality, you would not rate him as a good tenant would you?

This Company Has Two Profiles On Here

This company has two profiles on here
The other profile seems to be much more genuine than this because everybody confirms the same problems and their entire reviews are only one star and bad
Everyone is having the same issues
Nothing, no plants are dispatched in the timescales advertised
If and when plants do arrive, in my case, a partial shipment, they are in extremely poor condition. Dead or dying.
Cherry trees that do not have any growth at this time of year are dead
Gardening Express (GE) have absolutely no customer service whatsoever
This is clearly a definite and determined business decision
They have no telephone contact and therefore not accessible, per The Equality Act.
GE do not respond to any chat messages, which is supposed to be a live chat service and is never manned
They do not reply to any emails
Do a charge back with whatever card you used to pay, they will not respond, you should get your money back
Their false advertising is a further legal breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs). These regulations prevent businesses from misleading consumers through false or deceptive statements, including misrepresenting the price, characteristics, or availability of products or services.

UPS hate disabled people. UPS refuse to provide telephone support. Their delivery drivers do not even contact you on the intercom, they sneak into the building and leave your parcel without you knowing on the ground floor so they don't have to carry it upstairs.
UPS think disabled people should carry their own parcels.
UPS management hate disabled people.
UPS management think they are above the law and they do not need to comply with the equality act.
UPS should be stripped of all licences and stopped from operating
