Complaint 30/07/2025, still not acknowledged. FCA deadline to respond is tomorrow. TSB have not even spoken to me and received detail details of what my complaint actually is yet???
This is a trans captured woketard illegally operating company.
They ignore all their own service standards.
They admit they are not trained in FCA Regulation. They are not trained in FCA guidance for dealing with vulnerable covers indeed, executive complaint staff admit that they have not even read it.
What do you mean red flag? I can see it but I just ignore it.
But TSB have empowered all their staff that they can terminate calls for no reason whatsoever.
Completely against our regulation and guidance they regularly threaten and abuse vulnerable customers.
TSB need to explain why and how they became trans captured. TSB need to explain why they felt compelled to create an illegal Mx title that the Supreme Court ordered was illegal in April, but TSB still have it, TSB is still breaching our equality law. TSB are still misogynist. TSB still hate women.
TSB still want to trans the gay away.

Nobody has acknowledged my SAR?
Huge notes were made on my client file on 08/08/2025 and they're still being ignored. And nobody has called me back as a result of all those notes.
I was PROMISED another escalation which must be provided by a manager, within 72 hours, on 11/09/2025. Complaints Manager chose not to bother doing their job, chose to ignore the service standard and allocated it to the very person I am complaining about???
Frank agreed to escalate. I'm still waiting. I'm still chasing. The TSB disrespect me nearly every time I speak to them and think that my time is free.
It really is a shame, because other staff are truly excellent. They must be very frustrated.
I have been told Frank sent off my SAR and has done, what else, exactly???
TSB leave you on hold for 10+ minutes while they read notes but then say they cannot see any notes, when you ask them to read the notes that they took ten minutes to read, to you.
I would like to know what I have been waiting for?
It does feel like they deliberately just leave you on a dead hold, just to frustrate you and to have their little piece of power over you.
To say that they cannot read notes when they clearly can, is not only lying, which is bad by FCA is requirement to treat customers fairly, but, it is actually a false representation under the Fraud act 2006. Section 2. Just to add to the TSB's list of illegalities.
How can I still be waiting?
TSB have breached FCA Regulation.
TSB failed to acknowledge complaint as required by FCA.
TSB continue to breach S20 Equality Act
TSB continues to ignore the Supreme Court ruling.
FCA Regulation requires fair treatment
A raised voice cannot be considered abusive
Shouting is not abusive
It is free speech, legal freedom of expression and does not fit any definition of the word abusive
TSB need to pay me double the minimum wage (minimally as my commercial charging rate is much higher), for my time. What is the total amount of time I have spent on phone calls with TSB?
Leaving me on long holds with no comfort checks every 3 minutes, as has been the quality management and service standard within financial services for several decades, is abuse and really really poor customer service, lack of training, lack of processes
TSB staff confirmed that they have no time limit on how long they leave people on hold, which again is not treating customers fairly.
TSB staff are all protected from things that they should be bearing and they are all treating and abusing any customers like this, but vulnerable customers who have told you they are already struggling?
Vulnerable customers which you are regulator has written guidance on for you, done it for you, yet you ignore it?
And it looks like they are going to completely ignore the eight weeks deadline as well.
Is this what financial services has come to in this country? Where is our regulator?
