Fast efficient customer service

Fast efficient customer service, very well responded to my issues, I would have had my lenses replaced but you don't do the same reactolite mirror lenses anymore. Nice new replacement frame for free under warranty too, straightforward honest work and response. Thank you, will buy again from you with my next prescription.

Trying to login to see the competition…

Trying to login to see the competition proved quite tricky, gave up on the Facebook login after a while watched on YouTube instead.
Nice to see people winning stuff but the realisation that it's pot luck and as my luck is not good, realising that the chances of winning are small!

Good glasses but slow delivery…

The glasses that arrived are good quality but the width is shorter than expected.
Main issue was the delivery time, I believe it took over a month to get to me! Strange as your competitors deliver within 2 weeks.

Had some initial issues with switch over and Markus at customer services clarified everything and answered all my questions, in actual fact he did so well I have carried on to make them my broadband supplier.

Good but don't have a visual key to see it's still on.

Seems to do the job it says it's there to do, allows me to connect to services from the u.s. etc. Not so good on my T v. Is the fact I don't know whether it's still on when I switch to a terrestrial channel then back to my firestick without having to log back into the app to see if it's still running, I have found at times that it had switched itself off without me being aware.
