The clothes came but didn't fit sadly had to return them. The clothes came very quick will choose again soon after I receive my refund.

Lovely dress only didn't fit properly far to long. Will choose another style on the new lines

Lovely glass lamp pleased with it, only one problem where you screw it in was broken. Packing ok box ok looked like it was sent damaged as looked in the box and no other plastic parts that had broken off.

Absolutely beautiful brightened my bedroom up

Ordered items but not suitable, one sent back by post other one went to shop easy to return.

Orded wordrobes 4 door absolutely beautiful. Took 2 hrs to build, would have took less time but couldn't get the doors to line up properly. Eventually did, so pleased with quality and 2 man delivery team arrived at 7am brilliant. Very happy with them packaging was super glass no problem 😊

Absolutely fantastic came at 7.00 in the morning. I received tex to say between 7-10am. Then another text to say the delivery time will be 7 am so I was ready to receive the wordrobe. 2 men in the van and great service quick and polite.

Matalan chat box not to bad, if you write human or customer service you by pass the chat box robot 🤖 you write what's happening then a day or so you get a reply. Easier to call them, a little slow giving refunds on line. I've also noticed if you send back by post office you don't get any messages to phone saying received parcel at warehouse you used to. Many times had to call them and many times parcel gone walk about... Over all all ok in the end.

The chat box awful, the what's app takes days to reply. The website has problems needs looking at. The bullets needs more like other issues, when you fill it in submit button doesn't appear at the end. I find email address by having to look up on Google as it's not on the contract is page! After emailing a few times finally got an answer and hopefully resolved soon

Hi, very disappointed in the customer service. I had everything ready for her order numbers then the line went quite for 7 minutes so I kept saying hello then a message came phone for proof of sending. Then she disappeared again without telling me... Then had to repeat again things then she cut me off. So I called again it was the same lady so had to repeat everything again, I paid 1st class £9.00 to send it back for next day received. Still she said call back, this has happened now many times I think the Wearhouse getting worse also missing items of the returns have to find out why my refunds are short spend hours on phone with untrained people
