Super Sue in the Bath store could not have been kinder to my mum who has dementia. She was so thoughtful, kind and empathetic to us. She went out of her way to help and assist mum to find two pairs of shoes that she’s delighted with. THANK YOU

Great service from SUE in the Bath shop. I had to try 4 pairs before finding the one that fit perfectly and Sue has been nothing but helpful and quite welcoming as well!

I went to the bath store and Bella served us. She was very nice and quick to get us the shoes good experience and the shoes aren’t overpriced at all.

Nothing like a last minute dash to get school shoes at the end of the holidays! However despite that, we only had a short wait and both girls chose shoes they liked, Clark’s had them in stock and they fitted… no tears or tantrums from parents or children so a great day for us all! Isobel was patient, kind and lovely with the girls.

Wished that Clark’s had more space in children’s section. Measuring equipment could be on both floors to reduce stress on parents and staff. Perhaps something that parents could use on their own in the shop at the entrance? Making it more accessible and more modern. Just an idea…

Prompt, helpful, polite and very accommodating to my needs and happy to help with my two returns and finding me the right size shoes, despite it being a very busy Saturday.

Came in to Bath store to have my 6 year old daughters shoe schools sorted. Cheyanne was fantastic. My daughter is autistic so very sensitive to textures. Refused to wear the little pop socks. Cheyanne was fantastic at coming up with different solutions to make my daughter comfortable. After thinking we’d leave empty handed, Cheyanne made sure we left happily by coming up with solutions and showing kindness and understanding to my daughter. My daughter liked her new school shoes so much she continued to wear them around town until we got home! Please ensure the credit gets to Cheyanne.

The shoe fitting service is always good and Toby at the Bath branch did a great job of making sure my daughter got perfect school shoes.

Nia was friendly and helpful at the school shoe fitting. There was a good selection of girls’ shoes, though some limited availability in store. You always walk away from Clark’s confident the shoes are a good fit.

Absolutely amazing service from this store when buying school shoes. I phoned the day before to check if they had the correct size in stock plus they checked for the size below. They made a fitting appointment that was convenient and were so helpful. The service was swift, fittings were so well organised and the shoes were ready for us to try on. It was a really busy time for school shoe shopping but the positive experience that we had made it so easy. Will definitely shop there again for the excellent customer service - a big thank you to Sue and Stella for their commitment to customer care.
