I am so delighted to be in the Clarks shop in Belfast city center today. The staff member "Jay" was so helpful in finding a good shoes for me. When I told him I am a nurse and needs to stand long hours , he immediately brought me to the section that fits my demand. Thank you so much Jay for your help. It was lovely meeting you and shopping in Clarks. All the very best.

What a great shopping experience. We visited Clark’s in Belfast city centre this morning. Angela and erin made it so easy and wonderful. Miserable rainy day outside but their kindness and positivity made our day… we got discount as well lol… 5 stars for sure

Me and my father were in Belfast Clarks today and we’ve met Angela who was very kind and helpful. Brilliant customer service and communication. I have to say, she does bring the vibes to the store. Thank you Angela.

Went to get my daughters feet measured recieved extremely friendly and helpful service from the staff Rhys and who i assume is female store manager.

Purchased a pair of Brodin Seam Beeswax shoes and looked after well by Angela. Friendly, professional service. Strongly recommend - will shop here again!

Had been to a number of shops previously, however got chatting to Angela who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Needless to say we came away with a great pair of boots.
