I am sharing my experience in the hope it reaches Pegasus Customer Relations.
I booked a package holiday with Pegasus for [21st July 2026-29th July 2026], but unfortunately my father passed away before the trip. I am unable to travel.
I understand my fare is non-refundable under standard rules, but I am requesting compassionate consideration due to bereavement.
I have provided a death certificate and asked Pegasus for:
• Refund of refundable taxes/fees
• Consideration for a travel credit or date change
• Any discretionary refund possible under exceptional circumstances
So far, my request has been declined. I hope Pegasus will review this matter with empathy and provide a solution that acknowledges the seriousness of bereavement.

This is the worst lowfare airline Ive traveld with, I payed for a seat in the front and behind me sat a special needs kid who was kicking and screeming the whole flight, the staff did nothing but avoided the issue and hid in the back of the plane the whole duration of the flight. The customer service is non existing only a Turkish phone number. Avoid this airline if possible !!

Horrible experience
On January 27, 2026, I flew from Sabiha Gokcen to London. Before the flight, I purchased 15 GBP worth of extra baggage allowance and proceeded accordingly. Even though my bag was cabin baggage and passed through three or four different checkpoints without any issues, I was later told that it could not be taken onboard and that I had to check it in. I responded by saying that I would go downstairs to check it in and then come back, but despite this, I was told in a very rude manner, that they could not wait for me and that I had to pay an additional 50 Euros.
I explained that I had already paid 15 GBP and asked why I should pay another 50 Euros. They replied that they could not delay the flight for me and that I either had to pay the fee or my flight would be cancelled.The attitude of the ground staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. However, I would like to emphasize that the cabin crew member, Mr. Sahap, was very kind and polite towards us.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I was unfairly charged. I also want to state that after this experience, I will not choose Pegasus again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I am truly surprised that a company like Pegasus still allows such disrespectful behaviour towards its passengers.

Pegasus Airlines damaged my checked baggage on January 10 and has failed to pay compensation for months.
I reported the damage immediately and followed all required procedures. Since then, I have contacted Pegasus countless times. Every time, I receive the same response: “Your case has been forwarded to the finance department for urgent payment.”
No payment, no written confirmation, no timeline.
This is a clear violation of the Montreal Convention and a serious disregard for passenger rights. Pegasus Airlines seems to rely on customer exhaustion instead of lawful resolution.
I strongly advise passengers to be cautious.

The price for the flight was good; however, online check-in wasn’t working. As a result, we had to check-in in person, where there is a £24 charge for an under-seat personal bag if it weighs more than 3kg, even if it meets the size requirements. The queue at Stansted was 45 minutes, so allow extra time.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Pegasus Airlines. Never again.
My mother was denied boarding on a Pegasus flight in Tehran despite having a valid ticket, arriving at the gate on time, and meeting all travel requirements. Several other passengers were also denied boarding, which strongly suggests overbooking. No clear explanation was given at the airport.
This all started because Pegasus cancelled her original flight, forcing a rebooking with an 18-hour layover. We accepted this because our only priority was getting my sick mother home safely. We even purchased the highest fare category specifically to ensure flexibility and support in case of disruptions.
What makes this situation truly unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. The case has been marked as urgent by Pegasus. It has now been almost two weeks, with countless phone calls and emails. Every time, we are reassured that we will receive an answer “today” or “tomorrow” — and yet nothing ever comes. No explanation. No solution. No responsibility.
My mother is ill, and the situation in Iran is extremely stressful. Pegasus has shown zero care for passenger safety, health, or basic customer service.
If you value reliability, transparency, or human decency, avoid Pegasus Airlines. This has been one of the worst airline experiences our family has ever had.

Unprofessional staff inside flight , flight got 1 hour delayed in Istanbul and obviously arrived late at Karachi I called staff and I said I’m getting nervous as I have next flight which counter will be closed within hour on landing any possible priority for me for not get late because your flight is one hour late all replied back you might be able to make it and walked off before I said something else, very disappointed!
Four identical template replies instead of actual customer service
I booked a flight to Kazakhstan with every intention to travel. After booking, I discovered that my nationality requires a Letter of Invitation for a visa, a process taking several weeks. With Christmas closures, completing this before my January departure was impossible. I cancelled promptly to minimise disruption.
Pegasus kept €48 as a cancellation fee. Fair enough, I understand fare rules. But when I politely requested a goodwill waiver given the exceptional circumstances, I received four replies. All templates. All identical paragraphs about travel documents being my responsibility. Not once did anyone acknowledge what I actually asked.
I wasn't demanding a refund. I was asking if a human could consider a small gesture. Apparently not.
The flight itself? Never took it. The customer service? Copy-paste.
