EXCELLENT !!!!

EXCELLENT !!!!
my toaster broke and my husband came home with a swan cream one and i though initially, I really do t want to change brand to a name i didn’t trust . However i’m so glad i did!! everything was package well and it looks great in my kitchen and honestly didn’t think a toaster would impress me this much .
I’m that happy i may upgrade my kettle next so i have matching . xx

AWFUL…… I had 2 seperate parcels out…

AWFUL…… I had 2 seperate parcels out for delivery. Dpd driver rang about one parcel that was in my husbands name and said your not home , my husband explained we all were home , the driver gave a false address a few miles away then dropped at a collection point which is a 40 minute walk away.And as a wheelchair user not able to use it in the deep snow we have . ( roads clear, paths are not)
Then our second parcel didn’t even get a call, just a notification that had been dropped at a pick up point .
I’ve tried chat with DPD this morning outlining the difficulties and that the driver was purely either late or not doing his job. The chat would not log a complaint or transfer . This was AI and a nightmare.
still no parcels and birthday tomorrow so will have to pay ataxi to take us there and back !!!!!

paid 0.50 for a quick quiz unknowingly conned into subscription without consent , no email no sign up or permission to store card details .
Can’t even locate how to stop this!!

SCAM company-
using material from other sites and changing the name, They do not send anything out but will state things have been delivered without providing tracking details . No company address can be found or telephone number . correspondence from an emily that cannot spell. Had to block everything via my bank to claim back

Was heavily let down last minute before christmas by another retailer , thankfully Jd were able to help and i got the product i needed and cheaper .
the guy selling the crepe spray in the oldham elk mill shop tonight was great !!!

christmas ruined

Absolutely gutted , ruined christmas for my child!!!! ordered In plenty of time for delivery . chased and chased because tracking wasn’t moving , i’ve been passed pillar to post , received a what’s app message to say oops looks like it’s lost in transit 5-10 days for a refund !!!!!!! i can’t magic up that amount of money before christmas to purchase elsewhere and with a refund timescale of 5-10 days it’s well into new year ! Thankyou for absolutely ruining it for us

Ordered an item and quickly realised my error so I emailed to cancel the order , however in an exchange of emails the advised that the size 10 would indeed fit a size 8. I paid for extra postage and the item was sent. We received its baggy on the sleeves, almost like the make is incorrect, stitching poor, quality not great and skirt long. I’ve requested a refund and return but now have to pay for that too because of silly advise by an un educated sales person. Would rather have had the sale than just simply say it won’t fit the same . My daughter is young and has lost almost more in postage fees than the 2 piece.

Was sent an incorrect item ( not the first time) however Vinted refused to refund my postage costs and charge the buyer whom admitted sending the wrong item. I sent back , wish I hadn’t as the seller did t respond after. Customer service man yasser was delighted at our misfortunes. I can’t even leave a review to warn others. It’s fraud!!!!!!!! Definitely no buyer protection

Bathroom nightmare

Before sale....great, helpful, polite & reacurring.
After sale.........waited over 2.5 weeks for delivery of our bath for our newly adapted home, to which when arrived, the vehicle wouldn't come up our un adopted road, making my neighbour help carry to the top.
Then it became apparent when our builder came, that the wrong product was delivered. Better bathrooms have accepted liabililty for the mistake, but are very reluctant to rectify.
We asked for the huge spa bath to be collected immediatly as it was in way of builders ect. 4 days later, no collection, & constant lies by advisers, who tell me managers or superiors are not available or on shift to talk to, apparently no head office number.
I rang to see why collection wasn't made yesterday, to be told it was failed, it had gone but no one there. She then told me wrong door number. I insisted I could prove there was someone on site from 7am -6.15pm, to which she replied, they came to collect between 7-8pm? Yet no call, no confirmation of this time, and made the team fully aware, our builders left at tea time. Spoken to Hayley who has advised no alternative pick up time/day, refuses to let me speak to a manager & advised I emailed instead.
To add insult to this , our bath that is awaiting fix and tiling ect, is now being re made, so delivery time is 1/5/15, we were supposed to move in on the 30th. Furious. The adviser explained they could not rush our job & put someone eles behind, that's not fair, & in their mind they done everything. Although timescale is still the same as first purchased no quicker. Only instead of a 2 week wait, it's going to take, all in all around 5-6 weeks. Needless to say I wouldn't shop here again?
Customer services are the worst I've dealt with, and we still have a huge spa bath in our home.
One adviser recommended that we hold onto it untill May, & do a swap.

Quick to take money, not so quick to rectify problems. I will be seeking further advise.
