Bathroom nightmare
Before sale....great, helpful, polite & reacurring.
After sale.........waited over 2.5 weeks for delivery of our bath for our newly adapted home, to which when arrived, the vehicle wouldn't come up our un adopted road, making my neighbour help carry to the top.
Then it became apparent when our builder came, that the wrong product was delivered. Better bathrooms have accepted liabililty for the mistake, but are very reluctant to rectify.
We asked for the huge spa bath to be collected immediatly as it was in way of builders ect. 4 days later, no collection, & constant lies by advisers, who tell me managers or superiors are not available or on shift to talk to, apparently no head office number.
I rang to see why collection wasn't made yesterday, to be told it was failed, it had gone but no one there. She then told me wrong door number. I insisted I could prove there was someone on site from 7am -6.15pm, to which she replied, they came to collect between 7-8pm? Yet no call, no confirmation of this time, and made the team fully aware, our builders left at tea time. Spoken to Hayley who has advised no alternative pick up time/day, refuses to let me speak to a manager & advised I emailed instead.
To add insult to this , our bath that is awaiting fix and tiling ect, is now being re made, so delivery time is 1/5/15, we were supposed to move in on the 30th. Furious. The adviser explained they could not rush our job & put someone eles behind, that's not fair, & in their mind they done everything. Although timescale is still the same as first purchased no quicker. Only instead of a 2 week wait, it's going to take, all in all around 5-6 weeks. Needless to say I wouldn't shop here again?
Customer services are the worst I've dealt with, and we still have a huge spa bath in our home.
One adviser recommended that we hold onto it untill May, & do a swap.
Quick to take money, not so quick to rectify problems. I will be seeking further advise.
