The expedition staff were fantastic. They were passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The hotel staff and crew were also really great. The food was good and there was plenty of choice. The whole experience was life changing.

Easy ordering and uploading prescription.

Very happy with Simply Health plan. It allows me to access services which are scarce or unavailable on the NHS but a little bit expensive for me to fund myself.

No problems previously, but recent order involving a prescription has left me hanging without medication for my cat because there was a "problem with the prescription". Taken over a week to find out what the problem is as they don't actually tell you and find they are not pursuing the problem even though they took payment over a week ago. Had to spend ages on the phone trying to sort this out. They claim to have contacted my vet and are waiting for a response, but vet has no record of a call or email so wasn't about to call them back. Hopefully it is sorted now. Beyond frustrating.

No problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for medication for their pet.

Bought digestive enzymes to help my cat with suspected pancreas problems. Excellent price, arrived when was supposed to and seems to be helping the cat. Fingers crossed. Vet has tried all the tests and can't find anything conclusive apart from existing FHV and IBD/colitis which we knew about. At least she's eating again and gaining weight.

I buy Enisyl-F for my cat with FHV. Excellent price, quick delivery and the cat thinks it's a treat. That's five stars from both me and Pixie.

Can't fault the service at all. Parcel arrived by next post.
