Avoid rip off prices and you pay for the privilege of being over charged for holidays laughable nope I would not recommend this company at all

Fabulous bank for ltd company,free…

Fabulous bank for ltd company,free ,easy on hand help always ,I cannot fault them they even got me money back of a scammer ,which I never thought I would of seen that £300 again ,very helpful and online chat is great used to be instant replying,bit slower now ,maybe they are getting bigger but still good

I would highly recommend turning off…

I would highly recommend turning off your auto renewal I paid £90 for two cars cover ,this year it was £295 they put the new policy up with all the extras that I didn't want charged me I tried to cancel them they said basically too late will cost me 50%of what I've paid ,can't get hold of any one to speak two auto replys email ,in helpful in caring avoid at all cost awfully company

Changed dates 3 times ,had joiner…

Changed dates 3 times ,had joiner waiting on third delivery date ,sent a text on the day saying it wasn't coming now for another 4 days ,finally came one person carrying door over his head into house,my daughter asked him to put in backroom out of way as was 3doors,he said he hasn't got time can't wait for her to move a chair ,even though delivery time was 12 till 2pm ,and he arrived at 11.10am,and the other dates when they were due,my daughter took time off work to receive it and never turned up ,shocking unreliable,and just plain unprofessional,in future I will pick it up my self from the seller ,this time I had no choice as wasn't in stock locally,no will not use if I have a choice,well done b&q great price great service ,but rubbish courier

Never had any problems ,always early…

Never had any problems ,always early ,will let you know if any problems i.e royal mail strikes etc ,and they work around it to get your order on time ,can communicate with them immediately no auto response and quickly answered ,so simple do efficient,so for me thanks pharmacy2 u

Can somebody please explain how this…

Can somebody please explain how this company is as allowed to do business with Joe public they are rude ignorant and arrog as my ,not the staff in the frontline I have no quibble but the decision makers hiding behind an email or phone or desk,it is beyond me u email and explain in detail your problems in my case quite severe and all u get is an automated reply then a few days late a response which is totally wrong as they do not check people's problems out I think they have a book with a response to give ,so you phone them if your lucky u will get through within half hour ,although to be fair I did once get an answer in under 5 mins once ,but it was the wrong department,then when u speak to a human being she or he will Tel you to email customer support, 🤣which I have already done thrice ,enough said please authorities that care just ban this company from dealing with people and flying imaginary planes in the sky useless

I'm sure the repair is fine and it was…

I'm sure the repair is fine and it was pretty quick aswelli have no complaints ,but I factory reset it myself ,you told me you have repaired it and factory reset it I would of liked to know what the problem was so if it occurs again I can sort things out all fine and dandy when under warranty but when that runs out it can be expensive to repair the same thing again and again I would of prefferd an option to replace or refund I got neither and I still don't know what was wrong with my phone

Advisor seemed inexperienced ,was not prepared fory questions and did not know my case at all we fumbled through it and he got what he wanted a payment ,that was his goal ,not solving my problems .i.e two other cases with them and two paid off settlements ,he knew nothing about ,now I'm paying for something I have paid off I'm sure of this but he couldn't understand this ,useless

Dobell amazing company

Dobell , amazing, I can't praise them enough,I never worn ,never mind wear a tuxedo,they were very helpful,in every way,open till 11 great ,Robert helped me out to measure over the fone sort s few hiccups out and voila,my tux fits perfectly. At a reasonable price, honestly I wAs amazed how easy they made this for me,I cannot thank them enough,do friendly helpful even to the point of phoning me back as I work off hours ,so recommend them immensely.

Not one phone call

Not one call at all so withdrew it 'think it was because you ask me to estimate thr cost which I have found whatever I put and it's high that the estimate I get ;then I look elsewhere and it's half the price I do not know the estimated cost as I'm not a tradesman ?also if you put to low a cost you get no reply as tradesman not interested in low price jobs just a thought you could not inform tradesman of my expected cost .is recently put 1000 as a rough cost I would expect it to be and guess what my estimate of tradesman was £950 ,I eventually got the job done private ly for £550 ??? You see where I'm coming from
