Wir haben von Redacted Store einen Hut bestellt, der leider über DHL eCommerce zuzuliefern sollte. Der wurde nicht zugestellt. Angeblich war ein Versuch gewesen uns den Hut zuzustellen. Dies war angelogen! Ein Zettel wurde in den Postfach mit der Info, dass das Paket in eine Filiale abgestellt wurde. Wir waren dort 5 Mal. An den ersten 4 Malen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Paket nicht auffindbar ist. Am 5 Mal wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Paket zurückgesandt wurde! Wo ist die Logik hier? Die konnten das Paket nicht finden, um es uns zu übergeben, jedoch gefunden haben, um es zurück an den Absender zusenden? Es gab auch keine Bestätigung, dass der Absender das Paket zurück erhalten hat!!!

Shopify für den Redacted Store ist der Gegenstand dieser Bewertung. Da ist keine Betreuung zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Einsatz von DHL eCommerce war eine Fehlentscheidung für meine Lieferung! Hier kommt noch gesonderte Bewertung.

I have a Deutschland Karte that I pay now EUR 58 per month. I made the mistake of riding the U-Bahn with my husband and we did not pay for his fare thinking that my Deutschland Karte covers his ride as well. We were checked by the ticket inspector (more like a harasser) , who wrote me a fine. I showed my identity card instead of my husband‘s. She told me that if I had taken a copy of my Deutschland Karte and sent it to the BVG online I would not have to pay the 60EUR fine. I did that immediately coming home but I could not find my fine number on the BVG but I sent in the photo of my Deutschland Karte anyway. I did NOT hear anything from them until last Friday I received a fine with added interest of 50% so that I need to pay EUR 91.10 through the Vampire Company loan shark called riverty service GmbH! SHAME ON YOU BVG! YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO US GERMANS!!!

My husband has a Moto-Guzzi and was cheated by Detroit Iron Cycles when he sent it there for repair. It came back ruined. They replaced the clutch and in doing so, stripped down the engine. When we got the bike back, we discovered less than 250 miles later, they did not properly tighten or apply lock tight to any nuts and bolts they needed to remove. Now the bike shimmies and leaks profusely. When my husband confronted them about this travesty, they told us to pay them to repair their defective work, which they caused! It is a hazard riding the bike after they worked on it! This happened in October 2020 and they have not done anything to compensate us for their incompetence since. For now we want to alert everyone of this life threatening hazard if he/she uses the service of Detroit Iron Cycles. We should have reported them on Trustpilot earlier! But since then we have been residing in Europe and bought another Moto-Guzzi elsewhere. Detroit Iron Cycles - WARNING!! This company, their management and staff are incompetent, have no integrity, are rude and wicked! We are contemplating to take legal action against them for manslaughter. DO NOT use their services unless you have a death wish!

I felt cheated because I ordered TRACE-MINS from Natures Plus consisting of 180 tablets each comprising trace minerals of 4mg. They sent mistakenly me a bottle of TRACE-MINS from Natures Plus with 180 tablets of trace minerals but comprising Calcium 80mg which I do NOT want! AND they did not send me a return policy

My husband has a perfectly functioning iPod classic that he loves. Last evening he plugged it into his MacBook Pto to charge his iPod and it wiped out the contents on the iPod. We called AppleCare and was told that the software just now does not recognise the iPod classic. The lady from AppleCare is so brainwashed to sell us this sick adage of “in with the new and out with the old” Tim Cook the WEF minion is destroying Apple and its consumers!!

The Postbank Kreditkarte Postbank credit card provides the worst credit card service in the entire world. It ruined my holiday in the US twice this year. I am definitely going to cancel my account when I return to Germany and I am going to broadcast their atrocious service to the entire universe! Nobody must be subject to their horrendous service. Under the pretext that it is protecting the client, it stops all my payments when I need them most outside of my own country. It is the most unreliable credit card ever! No one needs to be subject to their despicably incompetent service!

Es geschieht jedes Mal wenn DHL International Express als Paketdienst gewählt wird, wird keine Lieferung nach Hause erfolgen. DHL stellt einfach das Paket in einer Post Filiale ab und benachrichtigt mich, dass es uns verpasst hat! Und wir müssen das Paket selbst abholen!! Danach kam eine Benachrichtigung, dass das Paket zugeliefert wurde. Ich habe es wirklich satt mit dieser Inkompetenz!

DHL International Express is the worst courier service in the world!
The drivers never deliver to the intended address but just send the package to a delivery station and you are expected to go collect the delivery yourself even if you have paid for the delivery! DHL international express is well known for this but has never done anything to improve. I say let it go out of business!!!

The Bridge is very irresponsible! I bought a bag during a sale they advertised and sent it to me via DHL Express International which is a bad courier service. I was notified that it is ready for collection but without any address of the collection station. I tried locating it on their dhl website but it is a useless website that doesn’t work!!! But the price I paid included sending to my address why must I go collect it? WHY CAN’T THEY SEND TO MY ADDRESS? Now my delivery is nowhere to be found! I will never buy anything from The Bridge again!!

Bei meiner heutigen Lieferung fehlten 3 Mal Bio BioLust Entrecote, 2 Mal Bio BioLust Rind Burger und ein Mal Demeter Eier Packung mit 6 Eiern. Die Internetseite von Bringmeister zeigt keine Telefonnummer. Vorher war bei Hilfe und Kontakt eine Telefonnummer vorhanden, damit man sofort anrufen kann und die Problematik schnell beseitigen kann. Deshalb bin ich sehr unzufrieden!
Nun muss ich mich korrigieren. Nachdem ich diese schlechte Bewertung abgegeben habe, hat sich vieles geändert. Der Fahrer ist zurück zu meiner Wohnung gefahren und hat meine fehlenden Fleischwaren doch zugeliefert. Ich bin begeistert! Die fehlende Packung von Demeter Eiern hat er erklärt, dass diese kaputt war und deshalb nicht liefern konnte. Mein Mann und ich sind dankbar, dass heutzutage noch ehrliche und aufrichtige Menschen wie diesen Fahrer gibt. Ein großes Lob und ein großes Dankeschön an diesen Fahrer! Deshalb ändere ich meine Bewertung von ein Stern auf 5 Sterne für Bringmeister aber insb. für den Fahrer meiner Lieferung heute Abend.

Ich werde nie wieder bei dieser Webseite meine Flugbuchungen tätigen. Sie ist nicht vertrauenswürdig. Bei Stornierung bekommt man niemals die gesamten Beträge zurück, die man bereits auf Kreditkarte gebucht hat. So die AGBs. Dies ist eine Betrugsmarsche!! Wer hat mein Geld kassiert? Die Fluggesellschaft oder eSkyTravel selbst? Es kann nicht die Fluggesellschaft sein, weil wir nicht mitgeflogen sind!!! Wir fühlen uns so betrogen. Deshalb nie wieder eSky Travel, Das war so ein Fehler von uns

Ich habe meinen Flug und die Buchung storniert. Trotzdem habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen!

Als mein Mann und ich unterwegs zum Flughafen (im Taxi) waren (weil wir zum Urlaub fliegen wollten), erhielt ich überraschend einen Anruf. Der Anruf kam von Herrn Timo Schäfer, der der neue Geschäftsführer der GreenOX GmbH ist und hat das Geschäft komplett neu übernommen . Er wollte gutmachen, weil ich mich beschwert habe, wg. fehlender Lieferung beim letzten Mal. Nun habe ich die Lieferung, die ich per Mail bestellt habe, erhalten, obwohl diese auch nicht ganz reibungslos lief, wie vorgestellt. So, lange Rede kurzer Sinn. Ich habe nun meine Lieferung unbeschwert erhalten. Mein Mann und ich möchten uns bei Herrn Schäfer für seine Bemühungen bedanken. Das ist absoluter spitzer erstklassiger Service! Gratulation Herr Schäfer. So werden die Kunden behalten. Weiter so!!! Die Waren, die wir bestellt haben, haben wir noch nicht verzehrt aber sie sehen sehr gut aus!

Ich habe meine Reisebuchung storniert und trotzdem habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen.

This website eSkyTravel offers you the lowest class of travel in Lufthansa and coerces you to buy travel insurance. It registers that your checked in baggage is included but is not registered in the airline booking. Everything else that you would like to add incurs more costs!! I advise you to stay away from this website and this fraudulent company!! I have cancelled my booking but my visa payment unfortunately went through before I cancelled my visa card!! It is a real scam of a website!!!

Ich war am suchen nach Flügen nach Malpensa bei Lufthansa war aber plötzlich auf die Webseite von eSky gelandet. Ich habe gedacht, dass diese eine Buchung auf der Lufthansa Webseite war und hatte meine Flüge gebucht. Einzucheckende Gepäcke habe ich eingegeben, es hatte aber dies nicht registriert. Es ist ein Abzocker für Versicherung! Niemals dort was buchen. Ich versuche jetzt meine Flügen zu stornieren.

Ich habe meine Bestellung #13945 am Zustellungstag einfach nicht wie gewöhnt erhalten. Ich konnte den Laden nicht erreichen. Die vorher angegebene Nummer 06032 9233483 nicht mehr im Service. Die angegebene Mobilnummer 015151236847 ist nicht erreichbar. Den Lieferdienst DPD Paketnr 01606814840015 kann ich auch nicht erreichen. Der hat meine Bestellung nicht zugestellt!
