Let down once again by their rubbish delivery service. The tracking system does not work. So.. you get an email saying that the package has left the warehouse and then nothing until GLS put it into their system. This usually happens AFTER it has been delivered or, to be more accurate, left at the door.

The ordering process remains ok though stock levels seem variable. However, the delivery process continues to find new levels of incompetence. Orders take variable times to be filled, information on delivery often comes after delivery, if at all.

Since Zooplus was taken over some time ago service has gone down hill. There are problems with stock levels but the biggest problem is their delivery service. The guy who completes the delivery is perfectly fine but the process is terrible. The tracking information given is inaccurate and sometimes simply wrong. Delivery times are hugely variable. They went for the cheapest option, having dumped DPD, and it shows! I am on the lookout for an alternative supplier.

A zero if possible! I've been buying petfood from Zooplus for years. Their most recent courier DPD were fine... never a problem. Then they changed to GLS. GLS are a total, complete and utter disaster! They DO not deliver, they pretend to deliver and they do not give a damn! A pity, I am going to have to find an alternative supplier because I am not going to use anybody that uses GLS
Mixed experience with AddressPal. It involves both Revenue and AnPost. AnPost are fine and if there is no customs charge, the item will move quickly. It is different if there is a customs charge. Even if you feel it is correct and pay it, Revenue can take their own sweet time about releasing the item. So don't rely on this service if you need something quickly. If you need to dispute the customs charge, then you move into a parallel universe from which you might never emerge. The Revenue unit will not answer, will not engage and you need to be up for a fight.
I should have read the reviews before placing an order. Like others, delivery was slow and outside the promised timescale. It was not complete and I received a note inside a folder which promised 'a gift for YOU' (really... could they not do better than that? ) that told me that I would be refunded. That is all very well but this was weeks after the order was placed. Until delivery there was NO indication that the order had not been filled in full. I could have made alternative arrangements had I known. I will be NOT be buying from them again

Not a good experience. I received confirmation from Regatta of dispatch plus a tracking number. Turns out that the package was never sent - I don't know what they are up to. After two weeks and an inquiry as to where my order was, I was told that 'my return' had been processed. I was told that the 'courier had returned the package'. This is blatant rubbish - the package was never sent - the courier has no record of it. I was first refunded my postage only but eventually got my money back.
One star is one star too many. Bought a package from Amazon, who used i-Parcel. They, in turn, passed the local delivery onto Fastway. One month later after numerous emails and incorrect information being posted and the parcel is still NOT delivered. Fastway do not care - they will put any kind of rubbish on the tracking webpage. i-Parcel are equally uninterested in solving the problem. Got a refund from Amazon and I hope that they ditch i-Parcel. I will make sure that I NEVER have to use either i-Parcel or Fastway.
