Evri have lost, another, parcel. Vinted wait five weeks before they'll investigate. Then you have two days to report. So, in practice you have to wait 6 to 7 weeks to get a refund. This is disgusting customer service. Firstly, they should stop offering Evri as an option, secondly the management should hang their head in shame.

The space was not available and was inaccessible. The directions were incorrect and there was no way to park without blocking aaccess
Despite photographic evidence the company refused to refund me.
Their moto seems to be; the customer is airways wrong.
Sending a credit is not helpful, as I won't use you again. Please return payment to the original card.

App doesn't work for holidays. You can't use the Easyjet.com Web site for holidays. There is no holidays app. So you can't track flights or use e boarding passes. It's 2025 ffs. What a shower.

Very difficult to fit well. Having taken about 1.5 hours to fit reasonably, the don't sit proud enough to protect the when at pushing speeds. Don't waste your money.

This used to be a decent pub restaurant. It has a great location on the river. We hadn't been for a while so we thought we'd check it out. It is dreadful. My wife ordered Sea Bass and I had seafood linguine. Both were terrible; tasteless and bland. The service was even worse; with the exception of one young chap; the staff are surely and unhelpful. What a shame, the location deserves so much better.

The third time I've gone to then for a quote. Always, at least, 50% more than the nearest quote. Much too expensive, on a like for like basis. Then they phone you every two hours to find out why you didn't accept their quote

Carpet was due to be delivered on the 25th. We cleared all of the rooms, and hired a couple of people to help move furniture. At 11.00 they called to say there had been a error in the deliver and they wouldn't be able to start the job that day. Eventually the carpet was due to arrive with us at 11.00 on the 27th. It actually turned up at 15.00. The fitters apologised for the appalling service - although it was not their fault - and suggested they make us three rugs from the leftovers free of charge, by way of an apology.
This week the store rang up to say they wouldn't be doing this as they have a 'no compensation' policy. I rang customers services (I think that's a deliberate irony), a gentleman called I and told me that they would not be doing anything.
I believe this to be illegal under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999
What an awful company; I wouldn't deal with them again if it was free. I have now briefed our solicitor to seek substantial damaged.

Schmidt Reading. The pre-sale service was fine and the quality of units is good. The post-sale support is horrible. All calls result in either 'we'll call you back...' - and don't. Or why don't you call xxxxxxxx.
If you want to buy a Schmidt kitchen, don't buy it from Reading.
