it is a very basic misunderstanding of feminism. like, misogyny, like transmisogyny, is not just "being mean to someone", it's a type of systemic violence. the world does not oppress men, and it doesn't oppress marginalized men for being men. for transandrophobia to make sense you would have to prove there is some systemic capacity for people to hurt men for being men (including cis men!).
transmisogyny is also not just "transphobia and misogyny", it's both at the same time, it's an intersection of the two. it's a much more specific type of oppression that targets a specific group. a trans man might experience transphobia in one interaction and misogyny in another, but not transmisogyny. the term transandrophobia, the way you describe it, betrays an inability to understand this. basically men and women are treated differently in society, and the world privileges men and oppresses women. transandrophobia is just a trans-friendly permutation of misandry that exists to silence conversation about transmisogyny, the same way misandry exists to shut feminists up about misogyny. it's the "what about men" of transfeminism. it's a poorly and inconsistently defined oppression that never points at anything that can't be better explained by transphobia. it's the reverse racism, it's an attempt to describe bigotry towards thin people. it's nonsense that does not belong in feminist discourse. it's the attempt to refute misogynoir by going "well black men are treated as aggressive and hypermasculine!" to describe androphobinoir, failing to understand that black women are also constantly treated like this.
