How do you deal with someone that used to be a human from another world but got sent here and lost their humanity?

BECAUSE HOW AM I MEANT TO KNOW WHAT TO DO!?

I'm not saying who it is but like...really, I want to help them but that was a huge bomb to throw on me and I don't know if they need anything specific or if they're fine with the way they are now....

I know I'm not going to be able to sleep that's for sure.

I dunno why, but I want to recommend exploring mazes and labyrinths with altering layouts and saving anyone that happens to be trapped in them. An oddly specific feeling but maybe something will come out of it, I dunno.

I mean, those probably exist but if these do exist then no one knows how to find the mazes and labyrinths with altering layouts with people that can be trapped inside.

That or any information on those are scarce because somehow beat the mazes and labyrinths almost instantly upon entering and do not realizes that it had a gimmick.
