Bought a Mi 11t pro with faulty battery which was draining very fast. Absolutely no help from customer care. They kept saying that it was refurbished so battery performance will be poor.
Wow! What a revelation! And here stupid me was thinking refurbished meant "restoring a used mobile to a fully working condition, even if it meant replacing older parts" as they keep shouting from rooftops, how "refurbished"is better than just used.
Personally I feel it's a total scam website with some pretty good advertising in YouTube and other media to make us fall into their trap.

Very very worst experience that I have ever felt here because the customer experience is not good also this is like a fraud because they valued smartphone the website very good but at the end of the valuation they valued only thousand rupees my phone actual valuation is ₹3000

The experience was very very worst ever I had in any service. The price shown while submitting sell request and the price they cut down by explicating illogical excuses. Also, an agent also don't follow the commited or scheduled timings at all including far lot of delays. Please hell out of this non-recommended service that I strongly suggest you.
Waste of time
Agent made me wait the whole day. Then after he came, he said my phone is global version so they dropped the estimate by 5 thousand. When I showed the calculation on the app then they agreed for the app amount. After one hour of inspection, I think better to sell directly if they going to waste so much time.

They advertise one price on their website but pay a lower amount when they come for pickup. I’ve sold four phones through them and had to reject the last two sales after noticing the pattern. The reduction isn’t based on the phone’s condition (which matched the description provided online) but seems to vary depending on the manufacturer. What looks like a fair deal upfront often turns into a disappointing payout.
Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading Experience
I had one of the worst experiences ever with Cashify while trying to sell my Google Pixel 9a. A pickup executive visited my place, inspected every detail, verified IMEI, and confirmed that the phone was in brand new condition without a single scratch. He even took photos and sent them to someone on his team for verification.
After confirming that the device condition matched exactly what I had listed on the app, the executive suddenly started bargaining and reducing the price, offering random excuses like “Pixel phones don’t have resale value”. The agreed Cashify price was ₹29,760, and he tried forcing me to accept ₹26,000, which is completely unprofessional and misleading—especially after certification.
So why does Cashify show an online price if their pickup staff will later negotiate like a local dealer? This feels like a complete waste of customer time and trust.
What shocked me further was that the pickup person cancelled my order without my consent, and marked it as if I requested cancellation, which is absolutely unacceptable.
After this incident, I tried contacting Cashify Support to escalate the matter, but I only received generic replies with zero resolution. It genuinely felt like nobody cared, and the customer support experience was just as disappointing as the pickup experience.
In my personal experience, Cashify has been:
• Misleading with online prices
• Unprofessional in negotiation
• Careless with customer time
• Non-transparent with order cancellation
• Unresponsive in escalation
I regret trusting their service, and after this experience, I personally feel the platform is not reliable or customer-friendly at all.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.

3) MPMMPB18347908 Order placed dtd 24 NOV 2025 and rescheduled pick up date many times and lastely cancelled dtd 30 nov 2025.
Reason behind inspection has done first time by one unmatured engineer who have done inspection and by selecting wrong information they slightly droped my mobile price and quote very less so i have denied to sell my mobile .
after that i have again placed order but your reputed company has denied my request all time without informing me and without discussing with me, can this type of service is acceptable.

I had purchased a iPhone from cashify and under 20 days blank screen appears and when I go to nearest phone take it for the repair and today is the 9 day still didn't know much time it will take to repair it and giveback
A Very Disappointing Experience with Cashify’s Service Quality
On 23rd Nov, I booked a service for my iPhone 12 through Cashify and chose the store-visit option. I even received a confirmation at 1:41 PM and visited the Gaur City Mall kiosk around 2 PM.
To my surprise, the kiosk staff very casually said, “Aaj nahi hoga, technician bimaar hai, aaj aaya nahi.” No prior update, no call, nothing. When I tried Cashify customer care, the experience was equally disappointing — the chat kept closing automatically, and after almost 40 minutes and 3 separate chats, the booking was rescheduled for a home pick-up on 24th Nov at 11 AM.
Again, no one arrived. No call. No update.
When I contacted customer care again, the only response I received was another reschedule — this time for 25th Nov.
It’s hard to believe that a company aiming to grow in the market can operate with such unprofessional and unethical service standards. This experience has caused unnecessary hassle, wasted time, and complete dissatisfaction.
Cashify really needs to work on its service quality and customer communication.
Fraud and incompetent supprt and ceo desk
They are running a fraud business. People are just unaware of it yet.
They show a price while scheduling the pick up. The agent comes and offers a lower price.
I was shown 4500 and agent offered me 3500 because of paint peel off. I agreed to paint peel off. Later, I checked the device report. He had added 4 points as follows
1. Paint peel off
2. Discoloration
3. Fingerprint sensor not working
4. Charger not available
Point 2, 3, and 4 were added just to lower the price to 3500. He never talked about them.
He took the charger. He added his fingerprint and was able to unlock the phone. There was no discoloration.
Support is useless and whats worse is CEO helpdesk. It does nothing but copy pastes same response that support sends.
They offered me 200 for charger but nothing for discoloration and fingerprint concern.
Their support sent me a photo of the phone citing issues. I asked them where was the discoloration. Then they sent me another photo where discoloration magically appeared but they are not responding to this point.
CEO desk keeps putting discoloration on my name even after seeing the photos, proving agent intentionally added the discoloration.
They do not want to comment on fingerprint concern too.
Next time, I will do in cctv. I will check the report before handing over my phone and will call the police to report the scam right there.

It’s a fraud website. They come to your place. Find a fault in the mobile, and then suddenly reduce the price from 10 to 15,000. The sales person also tries to negotiate by finding one fault in the website. It’s a fraud website.
Highly unsatisfied with display installation
I went for repair of my mobile - one plus 9r two months ago on 17 August in Haldwani Cashify store. I had to change its display. The process continued for about 2 hrs and when I got it back, the screen looked overly bright. Even, the touch screen was partially working and the fingerprint sensor was just disabled ie COMPLETELY not working. I complained about this to which they replied that it will be fine in a few hrs. I had to go to Delhi for some work and couldn't get time to resolve the issue. On Oct 1, I came back to Haldwani and directly went to the store, they changed it and it's still the same. The brightness increases to max all of a sudden. The display suddenly becomes pink gresyish. The phone has become a burden now. Never ever recommend this to anyone!

Absolute fraud
Absolute fraud. Avoid at all costs. The representative came to our house and refused to pay the quoted amount. I asked the reason and he said the phone is in perfect condition but no one buys second hand pieces these days so he was going to offer 6000 less than the quoted price and if we refused he threatened to cancel. I was doubtful so I asked for his ID and he refused to show that as well. Later we settled on 500Rs less than the quoted price. Will not recommend to anyone.
