I ordered from them a month ago… no confirmation on my shipping. Order never arrived and I've reached out via email multiple times as well as the contact tab on their website and no one has even answered me. They are a scam!

My package lost and they didn't even care. They didn't answer any of my emails. It was in last year November. It's February now and they coudn't write me even a "sorry". Very nice... If you consider to order, don't pay in advance!

At first i was doubtfull about buying Couch Console, but after using it for a week, im impressed. It hold everything i need and looks really stylish. The color is just like in the pictures. Only downside is it scratches easy.

I bought the Couch Console 2 weeks ago and I have to say, it's really useful. It fits perfect between on my couch and now i dont have things all over the place. Only thing is, I wished it was slightly longer to fit more stuff. Other than that, im super happy with it!

Bought as a Christmas present and the parcel arrived damaged on 08.12.25 Covered in a yellow liquid, box squashed and rattling inside where it appeared it had been stood on. Contacted Couch console through the contact us section on their website within 20 mins of delivery and no response despite their claim of a reply in 24hrs. Avoid!

Update … now the 26.12.25 and still no response. Shocking customer service

Great product for anyone who spends a lot of time on the sofa. It holds everything I need. Remote, notebook, coffee and even a small plant sometimes. It's solid, easy to clean and surprisingly stylsish for a functional item.

I've been trying to eat healthier and pack my meals more often. The compartments make portioning easy and I haven't had any leaks so far. Keeps food fresh even when I pack early.

I love having a dedicated place for my remote, tablet and coffee without worrying about spills.

Great little sofa accessory :)) Easy to slide over the arm, holds everything I need and the material feels good quality.

Easy to move around, very stable and the compartments are useful. Makes watching TV so much more convenient :)

I ordered from France and the delivery was smooth. The Couchconsole is very sturdy and I love the extra cup holder. Only minor ting: I wish the storage section was slightly bigger..

It's compact, stylish and makes my living room much neater. I use it every day and it works exactly as described.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I will be contacting my bank to cancel my payment at 4pm if I hear nothing g to convince me that this order is on its way!

Why are you not replying to my questions and why are you not updating me on what's going on?

It appears your company is either a scam or cannot find a post office anywhere.

Update. Had an inbox from official Instagram site telling me they will look into asap.

And still nothing.

The wording and spelling of the inbox alerts me more than when they simply ignored me

bought it for my bed actually, arrived fast, very practical gadget

got two couch consoles for my parents and they both love it, especially the expandable tray that can attach to the console whenever you are not using it. they also gave me the option to select two more free modules after the purchase, which was really nice!

Stay away from this company. They lure you in with some BS black friday discounts and what not, which only apply to a few specific units. You end up buying anyway for quite high prices and then the show starts. First package of two consoles + two trays came totally damaged. The expandable trays without ANY packaging except an outer ultra-thin plastic wrap that obviously got damaged and so were the trays, with deep scratches. I ended in a back and forth with the super slow and poor customer support. Weeks can go by til you get any answer. I ended up being offered two replacement trays and a 50% refund of one of the consoles. I offered instead getting the trays and me paying 50% to get a new console without blemishes and with the antislip pad that according to them "only some models have". Which is absolute BS since there are no distinctions made on their website or when you are ordering. In the end at least I got the two trays this time with boxes around them, but the console ONCE AGAIN had no anti-slip pad. Ridiculous. All in all I probably paid 200€ for a p*ss-poor service and getting not really what I expected. Stay away!!!

1 month ago I’ve ordered a modular bottle and haven’t heard from Couch Console ever since. Customer support replies me that they would send it someday but never specify exact date.

Amaze to see the Quality of product and how ergonomically its designed . Looking for something like this on social media and other platforms and got this .

Great product - the cup holder and charging work very well and it is easy to clean.

1st one arrived incorrect spec and damaged unfortunately but 1st class customer service meant we had a correct replacement a few days later.

Overall a great product and strong back up if there is an issue. Recommended.
